Manchester Man Accused Of Strangling Concord Woman: Indictments
Plus: Accused Concord meth dealers indicted; escapee indicted; habitual offender indicted; Wolfeboro woman indicted on weapon, drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Shane A. Adkinson, 35, pictured lower left middle, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony escape charge. He is accused of completing his shift at Cheers Restaurant on Depot Street in Concord and not returning to the North End Halfway House in Concord on May 28. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of escape in Hillsborough County Superior Court in March 2013.
Stephen Anderson, 26, upper right, a transient located in the Belmont area, on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 1 at Buck street in Pembroke.

Tyler J. Annis, 25, of East Side Drive in Concord, on a felony habitual offender charge on Canterbury Road in Concord on June 5.
Gabriel P. Arroyo, 31, of Lafayette Street in Rochester, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He's accused of driving on Dover Road in Chichester on Aug. 2.

Victoria Avery, 30, lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of a controlled drug-meth with intent to distribute, two possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, and two possession of a controlled drug-meth charges. She's accused of being in possession of the drugs on July 19 on Route 3A in Bow. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of drug dealing in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2017.
Melissa C. Bable, 41, of River Road in Plymouth, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She's accused of being in possession of a stolen 2010 Dodge Caliber in Franklin on July 22.
Angela D. Basnar, 32, of Brown Road in Derry, on possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine and possession of a controlled drug-meth charges, both felonies, on June 16 on Route 3A in Bow.
Rebecka L. Bean, 27, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-lorazepam charge on April 26 in Concord.
Christopher Becker, 32, lower right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine and three sale of a controlled drug-meth charges, all felonies. The drug sale charges stem from incidents on Loudon Road on Jan. 10, Jan. 16 on Thorndike Street, East Side Drive in Concord on Feb. 13. The possession charge was from Aug. 12 on Thorndike Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2018, and sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2019.
Seth Beyer, 24, upper left, with a last known address of Lyndon Street in Concord, on receiving stolen property and sale of a controlled drug-meth charges, both felonies. He's accused of drug dealing on Warren Street in Concord on Jan. 24. The vehicle theft charge reportedly involved a 2015 Lincoln MKZ from July 21 in Concord.
Cheryl Brenton, 57, of Mammoth Road in Londonderry, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge, merchandise from Market Basket in Hooksett, on Sept. 16.
Javon Brown, 26, upper middle left, of Laval Street in Manchester, on domestic violence-second-degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner in Concord on Aug. 3 and attempting to get the victim to write a letter to recant the statements she made about the assault.
Carrie Evening Star Bunnell, 35, upper middle right, of Pleasant Valley Road in Wolfeboro, on felon in possession-a switchblade knife and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges on Aug. 29 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in Carroll County Superior Court in February 2013.
