Exeter Felon Indicted On Weapon Possession, Robbery Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Sullivan man indicted on child sexual assault charges; Nashua felon indicted on weapon charges in Bedford; man faces a child assault charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Brandon T. Bachand, 25, of Brunelle Avenue in Manchester on a felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charge. He was accused of using the Internet or an online service to solicit, lure, and entice a child to commit indecent exposure or lewdness when it sent a photo of his penis to the child on Nov. 18, 2022, in Manchester.
Robert Barry, 59, of South Road in Sullivan on a felonious sexual assault and six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting and fondling a girl in a pattern and getting her to fondle him between Sept. 1, 2016, and Aug. 15, 2017, in Antrim.

Michael D. Bernier, 41, of North Road in Exeter on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and robbery charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing personal property while armed with a knife on Oct. 24, 2022, in Manchester. Bernier if a felon due to a prior conviction, the indictment said.
David J. Campbell, 39, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a knife at another person and saying, “I will not be threatened by anyone. You are going to walk me to Domino’s” on Feb. 27 in Manchester.

Enrique Castro, 48, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 1 in Manchester.
Timothy Collins, 58, of Milford Street in Manchester on a conduct after an accident and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a vehicle in reverse, striking two people on April 27 in Manchester, and failing to stop.
Carlos Delgado Garcia, 33, of Valley Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking a child across the back with a belt in Manchester on March 30.
Laurie DiBiase, 56, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on theft by deception and two forgery charges, all felonies. She was accused of transferring and attempting to cash a check on Jan. 25 in Manchester.
Nathaniel Duehart, 24, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on second-degree assault and criminal restraint charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman and putting her into a headlock on March 7 in Manchester.
Brandon J. Dumont, 41, of Canal Street in Nashua on three felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing a machete, a fixed-blade knife, and a folding knife in Bedford on Feb. 15.
