Canterbury, Franklin Men Indicted On Felony Theft Charges

In Merrimack County, Pittsfield, Manchester, Epsom, and Mass. residents indicted on drug charges, Barnstead habitual offender indicted.

CONCORD, NH — Gregory Brock, 30, upper right, a homeless man now located in Franklin, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Nov. 8, 2017, he allegedly stole items from Cumberland Farms on Central Street in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2013, and Concord District Court in January 2013.

Kasha Carmody, 31, of Spruce Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Sept. 19, 2017, in Hooksett.

Adam Dalton, 25, lower middle, of Quaker Path Road in Wilton, for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, second-degree assault, tampering with witnesses and informants, falsifying physical evidence, solicitation to falsify physical evidence, and mechanical licensing penalties, all felonies, for allegedly burglarizing and causing a home explosion on Route 4A in Wilmot on May 1, 2017.

Jake Demeritt, 31, upper middle, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly in Hooksett on Oct. 2, 2017.

James Deveau, 49, upper left, of Adelaide Avenue in Methuen, MA, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 10, 2017, in Hooksett.

Colin Dowling, 30, of Borough Road in Canterbury, for felony theft by authorized taking. On Aug. 22, 2017, he allegedly stole items from Cumberland Farms on Central Street in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2014, and theft by deception in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2011.

Nevin Drew, 29, of Deer Run Road in Barnstead, for felony habitual offender. On Oct. 15, 2017, he allegedly drove on the Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom.

Brandon Dumont, 36, lower left, of Glass Street in Pembroke, for felony convicted felons. On Oct. 3, 2017, he was allegedly in possession of a large dagger in Hooksett.
