Man Accused Of Mall Bathroom Cellphone Recordings Indicted: Court
Hooksett man faces 12 theft charges; Nashua man indicted on robbery charges; Milford man indicted on theft charge after three town incident.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Enrique Castro, pictured lower left, 45, of West Street in Manchester, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He is accused of grabbing a hammer and raising it above his head while yelling at another person on Oct. 2, 2019, in Manchester.
Angelo Cavese, 62, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on July 22, 2019, in Manchester.

Thomas Clack, 60, of Howard Street in Keene, on felony possession of a fentanyl charge on Sept. 15, 2019, in Hillsboro.
Juan Conoman Jara, 19, of 86th Street in Ozone Park, New York, on a felony robbery charge. He is accused of using physical force during a purse snatching incident at Marshall's on South River Road in Bedford on Sept. 25, 2019.

Timothy Court, 31, of Elm Street in Milford, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Feb. 20, and March 14, 2018, in Greenfield, Goffstown, and Manchester, he is accused of obtaining more than $1,000 from an individual.
John Dalton, upper left, 60, of Lowell Street in Manchester, on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He is accused of using a credit card and debit card, owned by another person, on Aug. 2, and Aug. 15, 2019, in Manchester, Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in the past.
Jesse Delgreco, 32, of Whitehall Road in Hooksett, on controlled act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, two theft of deception, and 10 theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. The drug charge was from Sept. 23, 2019, in Manchester. The theft charges stem from incidents between Sept. 8, and Oct. 18, 2019, at Rite Aid in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges twice before.
Travis Demers, right, 21, of Brent Street in Manchester, on a felony falsifying physical evidence and four counts of violation of privacy/use, install device. Between July 27, and Oct. 3, 2019, he is accused of using his cellphone to record women in the restroom of the Mall of New Hampshire, Hannaford, and Savers in Manchester.
Bobbi Donaghey, 39, homeless in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam charge on Aug. 16, 2019, in Manchester.
Michael Duarte, 40, of Welch Avenue in Manchester, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He's accused of striking an intimate partner in the head with a door on July 21, 2019, in Manchester.
Thomas Duffy, 40, of Concord Street in Nashua, on two felony robbery charges. He is accused of using physical force to steal items from Home Depot in Manchester on Sept. 16, 2019.
