Manchester Man Indicted On 10 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Court
Also: Elderly Bedford man indicted on child sexual assault charges; felon indicted on gun threat, other charges; animal cruelty indictment.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Ahmed Abukar, 27, of Beech Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing an occupied structure on April 12, 2023, in Manchester.
Brett Anderson, 35, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to tell Manchester police on July 1, 2023, when he moved to Concord. According to the state, Anderson is a sex offender due to a 2009 sexual assault conviction.

Quisson Anderson, 20, of Beech Street in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a bail order to not have contact with a person in Manchester on Nov. 28, 2023, after being convicted of stalking in the past seven years.
Stanley Andrade, 61, of Colonial Drive in Greenfield on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-firearm, criminal threatening, and armed career criminal charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with a gun in Peterborough on Oct. 28, 2023. Andrade is a felon due to felony convictions in Falmouth MA District Court in February 2003.

Rola Ayoub, 33, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, four possession of fentanyl, and two possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on Oct. 9, 2023, and possession of fentanyl and two possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl, on Oct. 17, 2022, in Manchester. She had been previously convicted on drug charges, according to the indictment.
Shawn Schwotzer, 41, of Davis Avenue in Wrentham, Massachusetts, on identity fraud, possession of meth, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell charges, all felonies. He was accused of posing as another to the state police and possessing the drugs on May 19, 2023, in Bedford.
Robert Shaw, 76, of Back River Road in Bedford on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling and touching a girl with his tongue for sexual gratification between Jan. 1, 2020, and July 31, 2023, in Bedford.
Loriann Shelton, 38, of Beech Street in Manchester on robbery and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth and fentanyl charges, all felonies. The drug charges were from an incident in Manchester on Oct. 20, 2023. Shelton, with the help of Robert Jacques, robbed another person in Manchester by distracting the victim and yelling at the victim, while Jacques struck the victim in the head and stole their backpack, according to the indictment, on Aug. 7, 2023, in Manchester.
Chandler Shepard, 28, of Garden Drive in Manchester on a felony cruelty to animals-purposeful charge. He was accused of injuring a cat, requiring it to be euthanized by a vet, on June 27, 2023, in Manchester.
Hakeem Shepherd, 36, of Third Street in Manchester on felon in possession, reckless conduct, and possession of clonazepam charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing two or three gunshots at another person through a kitchen window on Nov. 20, 2023, in Manchester. Shepherd is a felon due to a felony assault with a dangerous weapon in Middlesex County Superior Court in April 2008.
Leroy Simond II, 52, of Ashland Street in Manchester on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing videos on Oct. 23, 2023, in Manchester.
