Homeless Felon, Convicted Of Criminal Threatening, Faces New Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher R. Camerato, born 1974, of Manchester was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2023, on stalking and violation of protective order charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Rockingham Street.

Jason Fencik, 42, of Concord was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on Nov. 28 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Brett A. Anderson, 34, of Manchester received a summons at 4:27 a.m. on Nov. 28 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Rumford Street.

Jason J. Noury, 47, of Concord was arrested at 11:22 p.m. on Nov. 27 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on Nov. 21 connected to a felony theft charge out of Concord from April. Noury is due back in court for a status conference hearing on Dec. 14.

Victoria E. Elliott, 27, of Concord was arrested on four bench warrants at 4:45 p.m. on Nov. 27 after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Nicholas D. Sanville, 37, of Candia or Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on Nov. 27 on trafficking; victim under 18 and sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charges, both felonies, as well as simple assault. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street. Sanville has an evidentiary hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 5. Timothy Early Hoyt, born 1956, of Concord received a summons at 10:32 a.m. on Nov. 27 on an illegal kindling of a fire violation after an incident or investigation underneath the Interstate 393 bridge on Constitution Avenue.

Glenn Hermanowicz, born 1955, of Penacook recieved a summons at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 17 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident or investigation on Fishersville Road.

Jonathan C. Lugg, born 1987, of Concord was arrested on three warrants at 8:44 a.m. on Nov. 27 after an incident or investigation on Bridge Street. He failed to appear at the arraignment on five assault by prisoner charges from Stewartstown on Nov. 13 and failed to appear at the dispositional conference hearing on Nov. 8 on a felony theft charge out of Colebrook in Coos County Superior Court.

Justin Michael Sorrenty, 40, of Concord was arrested at 7:44 a.m. on Nov. 27 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Tru by Hilton at 406 S. Main St.
