Manchester Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Man accused of killing pitbull; man indicted on 9 nonconsensual dissemination of sexual images charges; woman indicted on 2 arson charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

William Farnsworth, 30, of Hanover Street in Manchester on cruelty to animals, forgery, falsifying physical evidence, and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of kneeling on the neck and shoulder of a pit bull puppy, killing it, putting it in a trash bag to dispose of it, and demanding a woman not get off the phone with him so she could call the police on Dec. 17, 2022, in Manchester. Farnsworth was also accused of altering the signature on vehicle sale between Dec. 15 and Dec. 22, 2022, in Manchester.

Daniel Fogg, 33, of Manchester on a sale of fentanyl charge-subsequent offense on Sept. 8, 2022, in Manchester. He was previously convicted on sale of a controlled drug-death resulting in November 2016 in Cheshire County and other charges.

Thomas Frank, 34, of Court Street in Exeter on possession of buprenorphine and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Dec. 27, 2022, in Manchester.

Richard P. Gallagher II, 53, of White Hill Road in Barnett, Vermont, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2022 Chevrolet CP33003 that he believed was probably stolen on Jan. 24 in Manchester.

Cyle Gancarz, 25, of Danis Park Road in Goffstown on a receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a 2022 Chevrolet Traverse that he believed had probably been stolen on Jan. 19.

Lynn M. Geddes-Morin, 48, of Second New Hampshire Turnpike in Hillsboro on two felony arson charges. She was accused of setting a doormat on fire outside a structure on the Second New Hampshire Turnpike in Hillsboro, placing others in danger on Aug. 18, 2022.

Kent Gray, 73, of Log Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of holding a knife and stating to another person, “I’m going to kill you,” or words to that effect on April 22, 2022, in Manchester.

Daniel Griffiths, 42, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a firearm during an interaction with another person on Jan. 30 in Manchester.

Manuel Guerrero, 21, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a firearm during an interaction with another person on Feb. 14 in Manchester.

Omed M. Habibzai, 21, of Colonial Road in Portland, Maine, on nine felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges. He was accused of sharing a video of a woman pleasuring herself to eight people via Instagram and one via Snapchat without the woman's consent.
