Goffstown Felon Indicted On Concord Fentanyl Dealing, Gun Possession Charges: Roundup

Manchester trio accused of Medicaid fraud; stalker indicted on a new charge; felon indicted on AR-15 charge; Bow man accused of burglary.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Rebekah Foster, 42, of Court Street in Concord on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Nov. 23, 2022, in Concord.

Cyle Gancarz, 25, of Danis Park Road in Goffstown on receiving stolen property, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to distribute, two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and five controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine, diazepam, LSD, psilocin and psilocybin, and amphetamine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing nearly 200 grams of fentanyl, other drugs, a 9 mm handgun, and metallic knuckles on Sept. 25, 2022, in Concord. Virginia Gilpatrick, 41, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Concord on Feb. 9.

Cody Gobis, 22, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property, Medicaid fraud-false records, and Medicaid fraud-false claims charges, all felonies. Also indicted were Fawn Gobis, 57, of Nashua Street in Manchester on theft by deception, Medicaid fraud-false records, and Medicaid fraud-false claims charges, all felonies, and Richard Gobis, 54, of Laval Street in Manchester on theft by deception and Medicaid fraud-false claims charges, both felonies. They were accused of depriving the rightful owner of more than $1,500 in Concord between Dec. 1, 2020, and Feb. 28, 2022.

James Hamel, 32, of School Street in Boscawen on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on South Main Street in Concord on March 2.

Jonathan Hayward, 29, of Cheney Place in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order on Aug. 3, 2022, in Hooksett after being convicted of stalking within the last seven years.

Eric Hebert, 48, of Spring Street in Laconia on seven controlled drug act; acts prohibited, amphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, meth, crack cocaine, morphine, and parafluorofentanyl charges, all felonies, in Hooksett on June 1. Previously, according to the indicted, he was convicted of an offense.

The following people were indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court.

Justin Gebo, 28, of Evergreen Avenue in Franklin on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon — and AR-15 on Feb. 3 in Laconia. Gebo is a felon due to a reckless conduct-deadly weapon conviction on Jan. 5 in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Shane Goss, 45, of Central Street in Bow on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of entering a Belmont residence on May 22, 2022 and a second building in Belmont on June 13, 2022, without permission.

Anna Marie Martin, 39, of Bond Street in Franklin on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of posing as another on Aug. 3, 2022, in Tilton to obtain money from Granite State Credit Union.

James E. Smith, 43, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 22 in Belmont. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Belknap County in January 2018.

Heather Marie Lytle, 41, of Davis Road in Center Barnstead on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device charges. She was accused of driving on Route 140 in Gilmanton on Jan. 13 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV due to a DUI conviction in Concord District Court in September 2021.
