Massachusetts Attempted Murder Convict Indicted On Concord Shooting Charges: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Chad I. Dalbec, 39, of Plummer Street in Goffstown on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, psilocin and psilocybin and crack cocaine, charges on Oct. 2, 2022, in Concord.

James Daniels, 34, of Karatas Avenue in Manchester on first-degree assault, attempted first-degree assault, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting another man and attempting to kill him in Concord on Aug. 27, 2022. Daniels is a felon due to an attempted murder conviction in Massachusetts. Joyce E. Davis, 25, of Incline Avenue in Goffstown on receiving stolen property, possession of buprenorphine, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies. She was also accused of retaining a stolen 2019 Ford Escape in Franklin on Aug. 29, 2022. The drug charges stem from an incident in Bow on Sept. 27, 2022.

Jeffrey Difulvio, 58, of Auburn Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of swinging a baseball bat at another person in Hooksett on Feb. 18, 2022, while stating, “I’ll f----- kill you,” or words to that effect.

Dennis Fletcher, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of threatening to “knock out” another man while stealing a laptop, battery pack, and iPhone from the man on Sept. 26, 2022, in Concord.

Corey S. Fournier, 33, of Normand Road in Goffstown on felonious use of a firearm and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, pentylone and meth, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing drugs and a gun on May 3, 2022, in Hooksett.

Cyle R. Gancarz, 25, of Rona Avenue in Raymond on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, charges on Sept. 25, 2022, in Concord.

Brian Garrigan, 41, of North Main Street in Concord on felonious sexual assault and change of registration information; duty to inform charges, both felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl in Andover and failing to inform Concord police he had changed employment in August 2022. Mario Gendron, 60, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 25, 2022, in Henniker.

Sammy Hernandez, 39, of Dartmouth Street in Manchester on a possession of crack cocaine charge on Oct. 3, 2022, in Concord.
