Alleged Drug Dealers, Habitual Offenders, Others Indicted: Roundup
Wrong-way DWI driver on I-93, alleged robbery accomplice, and previously convicted thief, all indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in January in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Gregory Dumais, 28, pictured upper left, of Blair Avenue in Hillsboro, for felony reckless conduct and driving while intoxicated. On Oct. 15, 2016, in Concord, he allegedly was allegedly driving in the wrong direction on I-93 and almost struck a state trooper.

Bulambo Dunia, 29, pictured upper center, of Loudon Road in Concord, for felony criminal threatening, criminal trespass, and simple assault. On Oct. 26, 2016, he allegedly punched and threatened a man with a knife on East Side Drive, in an apartment where he was not welcome.
Stephanie Dupont, 32, pictured upper right, of North State Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing merchandise from Cumberland Farms on Aug. 11, 2016. She has previously been convicted of felony theft crimes in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Mike Durgin, 45, pictured lower left, of Webster, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, and sale of a narcotic drug-heroin/fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on May 3, 2016, in Concord; felony sale of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone, allegedly on May 17, 2016, in Hooksett; and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic drug-heroin/fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on May 5, 2016, in Boscawen. Durgin was previously convicted of possession of a narcotic in Merrimack Count Superior Court in October 2014.
Johnathan Ellinger, 46, pictured lower center, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony escape, allegedly on May 7, 2016, for leaving the North End House-Housing Unit and failing to return.
Christopher Engelhardt, 22, pictured lower left, of South State Street in Concord, for conspiracy to commit robbery, a felony, for allegedly agreeing with Trevor Clough on May 15, 2016, to rob the Walgreens on Loudon Road in Concord. He allegedly provided a gun to Clough and waited outside in the getaway vehicle.
William T. Farnsworth, 23, of McIlvin Road in Manchester, for felony operating after certification as a habitual offender, allegedly on Oct. 16, 2016, in Bow, on I-93.
Robert R. Frene, 52, of Downing Street in Concord, for felony operating after certification as a habitual offender and disobeying an officer, after allegedly providing false information to a state trooper on I-93 in Northfield on April 20, 2016.
