Manchester Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Goffstown attempted murder suspect indicted; men indicted on separate armed career criminal counts; woman faces motorcycle DWI crash charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Wilfredo Acosta Minier, 31, of Amherst Street in Manchester, on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person and firing it into the air on March 7 in Manchester.

Deandre Anglade, 22, of Cheney Place in Manchester, on a felony attempted murder charge. He was accused of firing a gun into the abdomen of another person in Goffstown on Oct. 13, 2022. Jessica Ballam, 25, of Ahern Street in Manchester, on second-degree assault and two domestic violence charges, all felonies. She was accused of slashing an intimate partner with a boxcutter and strangling them on Feb. 1 in Manchester.

John Barger, 48, of Orange Street in Manchester, on theft by unauthorized taking and two burglary charges. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control of more than $1,501 in cash, owned by another person, while armed with a gun, after burglarizing an occupied structure in Manchester on May 31.

Marissa K. Belair, 33, of Merrill Street in Manchester, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving drunk on South Willow Street in Manchester on April 15 and causing an accident that led to a person on a motorcycle being injured.

Sage Belanger, 25, of Crowley Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell charge on April 16 in Manchester.

Steven A. Bergeron, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on receiving stolen property, illegal possession of buprenorphine, illegal possession of lisamfetamine, illegal possession of methamphetamine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a vehicle owned by Moore Center Services that he probably knew was stolen in Manchester and altered the vehicle to impair an investigation on June 15.

Todd Bernatchez, 30, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on armed career criminal, possession of a deadly weapon by a felon-firearm, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-stolen firearm charges, all felonies, at Elliot Hospital on Elliot Way in Manchester on Sept. 4 in Manchester.

Mark Brochu, 55, of Marlboro Road in Keene, on a felony armed career criminal charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm in Manchester on Feb. 5 after previously being convicted of robbery, burglary, and drug charges in separate episodes.
