Teen Indicted On Burglary Of High School Charge: Court Roundup

Plus: Felons indicted on weapon charges; homeless man indicted on assault by prisoner charges; baseball bat threat indictment.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Yorrie Abrahams Sr., 49, of Pine Street in Manchester on possession of firearm by armed career criminals, felonious use of a firearm, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and two felon in possession of a firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing two shotgun and more than an ounce of marijuana on Feb. 23 in Manchester. Abrahams has been convicted of three or more felonies.

Ayei Akot, 25, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony attempted burglary charge. He was accused of attempting to break into a home on Feb. 29 in Manchester by threatening to “shoot the door down” or words to that effect.

Fadhil Al-Jibury, 37, of Cartier Street in Manchester on felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a knife on Feb. 1 in Manchester.

Maria Arabaxhi, 35, of Second Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening-domestic violence charge. She was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife during an argument on Oct. 26, 2023, in Manchester.

Michael D. Bernier, 42, a homeless transient, on two felony assaults by prisoner charges on March 31 in Manchester.

Shakiye Billings, 19, of Summer Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing the Manchester West High School on Notre Dame Avenue on Jan. 7.

Gary Bournival, 63, of Henriette Street in Manchester on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of sticking a person multiple times with a collapsible asp on Feb. 27 in Manchester.

Mark Brochu, 55, of Marlboro Road in Keene on convicted felon-possession of a deadly weapon-firearm, felonious use of a firearm-9 mm pistol, and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense, methamphetamine, charges, all felonies, on Feb. 5 in Manchester.

Brad Brooks, 22, of Lone Star Avenue in Farmington on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Nissan Altima on Dec. 9, 2022, in Manchester.

Michael Brown, 56, of Fox Hollow Way in Manchester on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a structure on Manchester Street in Manchester on June 10, 2023.

Michael Brownell, 39, of Monroe Street in Manchester on possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, and two convicted felon-possession of a dangerous weapon charges-metallic knuckles, all felonies, on Feb. 9 in Manchester.

Kenneth E. Brunelle, 62, of Mast Avenue in Lebanon on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl, both felonies, on Feb. 3 in Manchester.

Delon Buco, 35, of Log Street in Manchester on second-degree assault, criminal threatening, and convicted felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of displaying a baseball bat in a threatening manner at an intimate partner and strangling them, too, on Feb. 17 in Manchester.
