Manchester Man Indicted In Mass Shooting Case: Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted on Bedford stolen truck case; man accused of assaulting a child; prison assault charges; man indicted in Bedford threat case.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Jaysson Santana, 28, of Laurel Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person in the head with his knee and fist multiple times while the other man was defenseless in a barber charge or on the ground on June 29, 2019, in Manchester.

Brian Santiago, 22, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen Freightliner box truck in Bedford, owned by Spectrum Wireless, on May 15.

Emmanuel Sayle, 21, of Brown Avenue in Manchester on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a firearm, reckless conduct, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, four first-degree assault charges, and 13 assault by prisoners charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting at others, as part of a street gang, along with Griffin O’Neil, Kekoa Bissonnette, and-or Trenton Liggins, on May 13 in Manchester, the indictment said. The assault by prisoners incident occurred in the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester on June 25. Noah Scanlon, 23, of Sagamore Street in Manchester on a felony witness tampering charge. He was accused of attempting to induce a woman not to attend a proceeding and-or drop a case on April 16, 2022, in Manchester.

Vinliam Sengvanhpheng, 29, with a last known address of Westland Avenue in Manchester on two second-degree assault felony charges. He was accused of assaulting a child on Jan. 28 in Manchester.

Akshat Shah, 28, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester on two felony issuing bad checks charges. He was accused of passing a $4,500 check on Jan. 21, 2022, and a $2,500 check on June 15, 2022, in Manchester that could not be paid due to insufficient funds.

Robert Sleeper, 36, homeless, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on four felony assault by prisoners charges on June 9 in Manchester.

Edwin F. Soto, 32, of Hayward Street in Manchester on felon in possession of a deadly weapon-knife and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening another person in Bedford on Aug. 3, 2022.
