State Police Arrest NH, Mass. Drivers On DUI Charges: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police recently.

Troop A

Michael Girardin, 49, of Dover, was arrested on April 17, 2019, for driving after revocation or suspension on Route 16 North in Dover.

Joshua Lafond, 31, of Auburn, ME, was arrested on April 16, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Valene St. Onge, 28, of Poland, ME, for possession of a controlled substance. They were arrested on I-95 North in Portsmouth just before the tolls.

Ian Robinson, 24, of Portsmouth, was arrested on April 16, for reckless operation on I-95 North in Greenland about two miles south of Exit 3.

Amanda Johnson, 23, of Brookfield, was arrested on April 14, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and heroin/crack at a towing company in Rochester.

Carrie Fontaine, 48, of Gray, ME, was arrested on April 13, for DUI on Route 101 East in Candia.

Troop B

Gabriel Walker, 42, of Derry, was arrested on April 18, for DUI on I-93 South near Exit 7 in Manchester.

Shawn Hood, 34, of Manchester, was arrested on April 17, for driving after revocation or suspension on Meeting House Road in Bedford.

Danielle Fabrizio, 38, of Goffstown, was arrested on April 16, for driving after revocation of suspension on the Everett Turnpike North in Merrimack.

Noah Scanlon, 19, of Manchester, was arrested on April 14, for driving after revocation or suspension, operating without a valid license, and prevention of noise violation on I-93 North in Manchester.

Kevin Deas, 32, of Methuen, MA, was arrested on April 14, for driving under the influence-aggravated-30+ mph, driving under the influence-adult greater than .08, and speeding-21+ mph over 65 limit. He was arrested on I-93 South in Salem.

David Villagomez-Ehnstrom, 24, of Manchester, was arrested on April 14, for driving under the influence on I-293 South in Manchester.

Colleen Dennehy, 26, of Wareham, MA, was arrested on April 14, for driving under the influence. She was also charged with “hands free” violation and possession of license required. Dennehy was arrested on I-293 North near Exit 4 in Manchester.

Kali Barry, 24, of Manchester, was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension on April 14, on the Everett Turnpike North just north of the toll plaza. A passenger in the vehicle was taken into protective custody.

Franchesca Vazquez, 27, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested on April 14, for reckless operation on I-93 North at the Exit 5 offramp in Londonderry.

Michael O’Hare, 51, of Salem, was arrested on April 13, for driving under the influence-second offense on I-93 North in Londonderry.

Joshua Jeffries, 20, of Manchester, was arrested on April 13, for driving under the influence, driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08, and unlawful possession/intoxication on I-93 South in Windham.

A 16-year-old was arrested for operating without a valid license on I-293 North Exit 2 offramp in Manchester on April 13.

Patrick George, 29, of Derry, was arrested on April 12, for disobeying an officer. He was arrested on I-93 South.

Kristin Brown, 40, of Lexington, MA, was arrested on April 12, for aggravated driving under the influence-0.16+ and driving under the influence. She was arrested on the Everett Turnpike South in Merrimack.

Troop D

Leo LeBlance, 56, of Concord, was arrested on April 17, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on I-89 South in Hopkinton.

Brian Coleman, 47, of Claremont, was arrested on April 17, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on Route 11 in New London.

Alexander Kamau, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Iron Works Road on April 14, on a warrant.

Devin Tully, 27, of Greenville, was arrested on April 13, for driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, and a bench warrant on I-93 North in Northfield.

Michael Mansur, 34, of Chester, was arrested on April 13, for driving under the influence on I-93 South near the two mile hill in Bow.

Lawrence Poole, 42, of Springfield, MA, was arrested on April 13, for driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08, driving under the influence, and open container. He was arrested on I-93 North in Concord.

Michael York, 27, of Goffstown, was arrested on I-93 North in Hooksett, north of the rest area, for driving under the influence-second offense, driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, operating with an expired license-subsequent, and alcohol interlock motor vehicle not equipped.

Joshua Gagnon, 32, of Manchester, was arrested on April 12, for driving under the influence-second offense, driving while intoxicated-second offense adult greater than 0.08, driving under the influence-adult greater than 0.08, and driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on I-93 South on the Exit 15 onramp.

Justin Lamphear, 24, of Newbury, was arrested on April 14, for false report to law enforcement. He was arrested on I-89 at the park and ride in Grantham.
