Manchester Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Evidence Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Bedford woman indicted on a hit-and-run charge with injury; felon indicted on career criminal weapon charges; drug dealing indictments.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Charles Namiot, 50, of Newbury Road Man in Manchester on receiving stolen property and four pistols & revolvers; armed career criminal charges. He was accused of retaining stolen power tools on June 3 in Manchester as well as possessing two rifles and two shotguns after being convicted on a first-degree assault charge.
Joseph Nikiforakis, 26, of Stillwater Drive in Steuben, Maine, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, fentanyl and marijuana, charges on May 27 in Deering.

Caitlyn O’Malley, 27, of Market Street in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. She was accused of striking a child and causing him to strike his head on a chair between March 1 and March 31 in Manchester and of tossing a second child into a table, causing a laceration to her face, on April 19 in Manchester.
Ashli Paquette, 33, of Korpi Road in Dublin on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge accused of driving on Route 202 in Bennington on Sept. 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Christopher Plourde, 30, of River Road in Dorchester on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering a building without permission on March 13, 2021, in Manchester.
Matthew Raymond, 51, of West Mitchell Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 8 in Manchester.
Joseph Ricci, 28, of Schuyler Street in Manchester on possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-marijuana and felonious use of a firearm. Katelyn Riley, 24, of Montgomery Street in Bedford on a felony conduct after an accident charge. She was accused of driving on West Bridge Street in Manchester on April 5, causing a crash with injury, and leaving the scene without providing information to a police officer.
Kory Santos, 30, of Celeste Street in Manchester on falsifying physical evidence and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with a firearm on Sept. 7 in Manchester, suggesting he would “put one in his head” and removed the firearm from a crime scene on Walnut Street to impair an investigation.
Katelyn Schmitt, 30, of Webber Road in Strafford on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on South Commercial Street in Manchester after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on June 22.
