Manchester Teen Indicted On Criminal Mischief Gun Charges: Roundup

Woman faces robbery, 7 assault counts; elderly man indicted on Bedford reckless conduct charges; Concord man accused of insurance fraud.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Shawna Carranza-Sanchez, 45, of Karatzas Avenue in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of swinging a knife at another person in Manchester on Sept. 4.

Crystal Carter, 34, of Ash Street in Manchester on robbery, two first-degree assault counts, and five counts of second-degree assault, all felonies. She was accused of robbing a person, with the assisted of two others, while repeatedly kicking the victim in the head, showing extreme indifference to life, on May 18 in Manchester.

James Chestnut, 28, of Manchester Street in Concord on two felony counts of insurance fraud. He was accused of concealing a material statement on Oct. 28 and Nov. 14, 2022, to Progressive Insurance after filing a claim for damage with Liberty Mutual on a damaged a 2015 GMC Terrain.

Joseph Cormier, 69, of Thayer Road in Rindge on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a Ford Edge SUV, placing another in danger, while she was attempting to retrieve a child on June 4 in Bedford.

Jesse Corson, 35, of Hall Street in Manchester on motor vehicles; operating after being certified as a habitual offender, theft by unauthorized taking, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling another person and stealing a 2002 Toyota 4Runner on July 23 in Manchester and accused of driving on Bridge Street in Manchester on July 15 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ramon N. DeJesus, 38, a homeless man now located in Nashua, on five assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of throwing a prisoner to the ground and repeatedly swinging at them on Sept. 21 in Manchester.

Mark Dennis, 36, of Water Street in Manchester on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a knife and criminal threatening charges, both felonies, after an incident in Manchester on Aug. 10.

Jason Dion, 19, of Bancroft Circle in Mont Vernon on burglary and criminal mischief charges, both felonies, on July 21.

Abou Dimande, 18, of Orange Street in Manchester on conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, criminal mischief, criminal threatening charges, all felones. He was accused of helping another person to commit a criminal threatening incident and helping them shoot a gun at a structure on Ahern Street in Manchester on July 25.

Richard Jose Feliciano, 34, of Maple Street in Manchester on criminal threatening, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, tampering with witnesses charges, all felonies. On July 28, he was accused of saying, “If I find him, I will kill him and you,” while holding two knives and searching a woman’s home in Manchester as well as calling a woman from the county jail and threatening to kill her if she left the state.

Victor Figueroa-Castro, 62, of Concord Street in Manchester on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine-intent to distribute, and felonious use of a firearm charges, all felonies. On Aug. 9, in Manchester, he was accused of possessing drugs and a firearm.
