Twix Bar Fight At Merrimack Store Leads To Knife, Threat Indictments For Felon: Roundup
Plus: Milford man indicted on child assault charges; NYC man accused of burglary in Litchfield; Nashua man accused of strangling teen.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Jairo Medina Beltran, 38, of an unknown location in New York City, New York, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of working in concert with Robinson Costana Chica and Nedia Guerero to burglarize a home on Brenton Street in Litchfield on June 9, the indictment said.
Michelle Bilides, 37, of Green Garden Court in East Haven, Connecticut, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking, forgery, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charges, all felonies. She was accused of using a false ID to cash a false check drawn on the account of Hanover Hill Health Care Center while possessing the drug at a Citizens Bank in Merrimack on May 18.

Nikolas Boyce, 38, of Fir Tree Lane in Thornton on robbery, felon in possession, and three criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of waving a knife at a store clerk at Reeds Ferry Market in Merrimack and threatening to kill them on June 12 when asked to pay for a Twix bar. Boyce is a felon due to theft convictions in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2019.
Kyle Braciska, 29, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on felon in possession of a deadly weapon-switchblade knife and five counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, cocaine, fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charges, all felonies, on March 8 and March 11 in Hudson.

Brandon Castro, 36, of Chase Street in Nashua pleaded guilty to domestic violence-simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault-attempt charges in March 2024. He received a 12 month suspended sentence.
Benjamin Comire, 28, of Alpine Street in Milford on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of striking a girl twice, causing her to fall into a railing, causing a bloody nose and swelling on May 2 in Milford.
Hector Colon, 37, of East Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of acting in concert with another person to return a television at Walmart in Hudson that was not paid for on Jan. 30. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Ramon N. DeJesus, 38, of Thayer Court in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Nashua on June 14.
