Alleged NY Child Rapist, Amherst Stalking Suspect, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, alleged Nashua crack dealer, Manchester robbery suspect, Hudson habitual offender, alleged witness tampering suspect, also indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Thomas E. Fallon, 48, pictured lower right, of Sterns Road in Amherst, for felony stalking. On Oct. 10, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly violated provisions of a stalking order and caused damage to a woman’s apartment.

Jamal George, 32, pictured lower left, of Green Street in Manchester, for robbery, a felony, as well as two counts of resisting arrest or detention. On Oct. 17, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly grabbed a man by the throat and took his cellphone. Before being arrested, he resisted, according to the indictment.
Sean Hendricks, 26, pictured upper center, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for felony witness tampering. On July 17, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly assaulted a cooperating individual.

Felix Perez, 46, pictured upper left, of Morris Avenue in the Bronx, NY, for six counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault for allegedly raping and fondling a then-11-year-old girl in Nashua between March and August 2016.
Jonathan Ruiz-Negron, 28, pictured lower center, of Chandler Street in Nashua, for six felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, subsequent. The alleged transactions occurred in Nashua in June and July 2016. Ruiz-Negron was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in August 2013.
William Santana Jr., 31, of Forest Road in Hudson, for felony habitual offender, allegedly on Oct. 13, 2016, on Vine Street in Nashua.
Cathy Simard, 55, pictured upper right, incarcerated, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, allegedly on Sept. 13, 2016, in Nashua.
