Alleged Knife-Wielding Teen, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, alleged Nashua drug dealers, Hudson habitual offender, and Concord and Merrimack men allegedly with heroin, all indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Shaun Robinson, 28, of Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin and fentanyl, allegedly on July 8, 2016, in Nashua.

Russell Roderick, 43, of Vernon Street in Manchester, for theft by deception, a felony, due to two prior convictions. The indictment alleges that he returned a stolen item for a gift car on May 11, 2016, at Lowes. He was convicted in February 1993 and August 1993 of theft in Carroll County Superior Court.
Halie Ryder, 20, of Ash Street in Nashua, for two counts of domestic violence-second-degree assault and two counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening, all felonies. On July 12, 2016, she allegedly strangled a family member and threatened her with a knife saying, “I’m going to f------ stab you.”

William Santana Jr., 30, of Forest Road in Hudson, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on State, West, and Hollis streets in Nashua on Aug. 22, 2016.
Corey Scruton, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three counts of possession of a controlled drug-Bruprenorphine, heroin, and sale of fentanyl charges, all felonies, allegedly on June 29, 2016, in Nashua.
Michael Serra, 31, currently incarcerated in Cedar Junction at Walpole in South Walpole, MA, for felony theft of services. In February 2013, he allegedly obtained services for a room making it appear as if he was an employee with United Health Services and that the company would pay for the room.
Samantha Shedmock, 28, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for criminal liability to sale of narcotic drug, possession of a controlled drug-heroin, both felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child. On June 8, 2016, in Nashua, she allegedly drove Ricardo Velazquez to a reportedly drug deal while in possession of heroin with a juvenile in her car.
Randy Smith, 56, of Palm Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug with intent to dispense-cocaine, second offense, possession of a narcotic drug with intent to dispense-crack cocaine, second offense, and sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, second offense. On June 8, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly sold cocaine to a confidential informant working for the Nashua Police Department. Smith was convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in December 2014 in Hillsborough Superior Court-South.
Justin Spencer, 29, of Salvail Court in Nashua, for receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior convictions. On July 13, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly had possession of a stolen laptop. Spencer was previously convicted of theft of Hillsborough Superior Court-South in April 2015.
Nicholas Snow, 22, of Amherst Road in Merrimack, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heron/fentanyl, allegedly on May 22, 2016, in Nashua.
