Teen Indicted For Allegedly Trying To Grab Cop’s Gun: County Court

Convicted elderly woman indicted for theft again, and alleged ID and welfare fraudsters also indicted.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.

Styfus Green, 24, pictured upper right, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, for receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, as well as criminal trespass. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Walmart involving cans of seafood on June 7, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted on theft charges.

Jonathan Grover, 36, of Maplewood Lane in Concord, for felony burglary allegedly on Lincoln Street in Manchester on April 11, 2017.

Dana Hathaway, 19, pictured upper center, of Pheasant Lane in Northwood, for felony attempted taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer as well as resisting arrest or detention and disobeying an officer allegedly on May 6, 2017, in Manchester.

Janet Hebert, 71, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking allegedly on April 16, 2017, at the Hannaford in Manchester. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.

Natasha Ingalls, 31, of Becker Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking-third offense, false report to law enforcement, and unsworn falsification. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Market Basket on Elm Street on May 4, 2017. Twice before – in Keene District Court in January 2012 and November 2016 – she has been convicted of theft.

Detrick Jackson, 40, of Mary Ann Road in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On April 22, 2017, while on Cedar Street in Manchester, he allegedly tossed a bag of cocaine into an apartment while police were conducting an investigation.

Kilsis Javier, 44, pictured lower left, of Bridge Street in Manchester, for felony public welfare. Between March 2014, and March 2016, she allegedly failed to disclose wages, income, property, and other resources in order to obtain more than $44,800 in food stamps and medical assistance benefits she wasn’t entitled to receive.

Mikayla Kaulback, 20, pictured lower middle, of Sunnyside Drive in Greenland, on five felony counts of identity fraud. Between January and February 2017, in Manchester, she allegedly posed as another person while texting with that person’s employer and to receive medical information about a family member of the victim.
