“I approached the driver and requested her driver’s license and registration for the vehicle,” the officer stated. “The driver of the vehicle stated that she did not have her license on her. I requested her name and date of birth to verify it through dispatch.”

The woman allegedly gave a false name and birthdate of a few days before (earlier in November), according to the report. The officer checked the information but the name didn’t come up in the system.

“This is common when a person has never had a driver’s license or the person is providing an incorrect name,” the officer stated, while returning to the minivan to speak to the woman.

The officer told the woman that he thought she gave him false information. The woman allegedly stated that she thought she had active warrants and that was why she gave a false name, the report noted, and allegedly admitted her correct name and birthdate.

Labounty, the officer found out, had an active warrant out of Hillsborough County for felony possession of a controlled; acts prohibited, the warrant was confirmed by dispatch, and she was arrested. Labounty was transported to the Bow Police headquarters and then, taken to the Merrimack County House of Corrections where she was held without bail. She was scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 20.

Labounty, according to posts on Patch, has been arrested twice in Concord. Back in early June, she was arrested on bench warrants at the Days Inn on South Main Street. In August 2015, while living on Downing Street in Concord, she was arrested on a theft charge after allegedly stealing a check from a man. Six months before her arrest, according to a report, she allegedly told the man she was heading into rehab and needed money. She later allegedly stole and cashed a check for $5,000. Concord detectives were able to trace the check to a Belmont business and a man there alleged that after meeting Labounty on Craigslist, she had used his credit cards without permission and withdrew thousands. He cashed the check for her, kept $4,500 to make up for his stolen money, and let her have $500, according to the allegation. He then dropped her off at rehab, he alleged. After being on the lam for about two months, reportedly avoiding her probation officer, she was arrested.

Nashua Police also arrested Labounty on Aug. 25, 2017, for nonappearance in court.

In March 2013, she was arrested by Gilford Police for default or breach of bail conditions, according to the Gilford Steamer.

Tilton Police have also arrested Labounty on charges. Back in December 2012, she was indicted for prostitution by a Belknap County grand jury after police investigated a Craigslist “casual encounters” ad, according to the Laconia Daily Sun, in October 2012. During one of the encounters, according to police, she allegedly took money from a man. After taking his money, according to the indictment, she led him through town to an unknown location, bought drugs, and then returned to her apartment where she requested more money, which he reportedly gave her. She then sent him outside to run and errand and then, requested he wait for her in a parking lot but she never returned. The man tried calling her but she never answered, according to the report. He also said he stated that he gave her $550 as a loan. After viewing text messages, according to the report, and realizing she was out on bail at the time, she was arrested and held. After the alleged incident, she was also charged with theft, according to Tilton Police.

In May 2010, according to Fosters.com, she was arrested at 17 in Laconia on an alcohol charge and was required to attend a community service program.
