Homeless Man Arrested For Theft Again: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Shea C. Carter, year of birth 1985, of Union Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on June 5, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He was arrested on North State Street near the Hood plant.

Jason P. Marcoux, YOB 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on June 5, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street.

Matthew W. Kelley, YOB 1975, of Rolling Ridge Road in Lebanon, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on June 5, 2017, for willful concealment, theft by deception, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and a warrant issued by the Franklin Police Department after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Chantel Labounty, YOB 1992, of Laconia Street in Belmont, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on June 6, 2017, on two bench warrants. She was arrested at the Days Inn on South Main Street.

Michelle B. Lamper, YOB 1950, of Lang Street in Meredith, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on June 6, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and obstructing report of crime or injury. She was arrested after an alleged incident in the area of the Merrimack River and I-93.

Alexis B. Call, YOB 1984, of Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on June 6, 2017, on a warrant on Storrs Street.

Kaleb Ferland, YOB 1991, of Hoyt Lane in Hillsborough, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on June 6, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Ryan J. Stoddard, YOB 1989, of South Street in Manchester, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on June 7, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and false inspection or registration sticker. He was arrested on the Exit 13 off-ramp of I-93 North.

Jacob M. Bouchard, YOB 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on June 7, 2017, on four counts of felony armed robbery.

Lucas C. Dow, YOB 1991, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on June 7, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment at Regency Hill Estates.
