Alleged Concord, Chichester Drug Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

Ctr. Barnstead man indicted for robbery with an infected needle as a weapon, Laconia man indicted for DWI after crashing into motorcyclist.

CONCORD, NH —The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Travis Leavitt, 29, pictured lower left, of Skyline Avenue in Hooksett, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 21, 2016, in his home, in Hooksett.

Jerod Leroux, 38, pictured lower middle, of Blaine Court in Laconia, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to dispense, both felonies, allegedly on Feb. 10, 2017, in Northfield. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug act in Belknap County Superior Court in June 2015.

Christopher Levreault-Manoli, 39, of Warren Street in Laconia, on two felony counts of delivery of articles to a prisoner. On Aug. 20, and Aug. 21, 2016, he allegedly had Buprenorphine while at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen. Thomas McEaneany, 30, of Dearborn Road in Pembroke, for two felony counts of tampering with witnesses. On May 28, 2017, in Pembroke, he allegedly attempted to induce a woman into testifying to police that she was driving a vehicle after a crash and asked a man to tell police that he was not driving.

Zachary McKay, 28, of Route 129 in Loudon, on four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, Buprenorphine allegedly on Sept. 11, and Oct. 23, 2016, in Pittsfield.

Gerard McVey, 50, of Garfield Street in Laconia, for second-degree assault, conduct after an accident, reckless conduct, and driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, all felonies. On June 12, 2017, he allegedly drove a Pontiac Grand Prix on Route 106 in Canterbury in the wrong lane while drunk, crashed the vehicle, which caused seriously bodily injury – a severed leg – to a motorcyclist.

Erin Malloy, 51, of Durrell Mountain Road in Belmont, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on April 28, 2017, in Chichester.

Crystal M. Marsh, 23, pictured lower right, of Main Street in Pittsfield, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine in Concord allegedly on April 28 and May 30, 2017, in Chichester, and May 31, 2017, in Concord.

Gerald A. Marsh Jr., 21, of North Road in Warner, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly in Concord on May 26, 2017.

Justin Martin, 30, of Mont Vernon Drive in Center Barnstead, for felony robbery after he allegedly threatened a store clerk and others that “he had an infected needle and would stab everyone” at the Kohl’s in Hooksett on Feb. 17, 2017, or words to that effect when confronted by a loss prevention officer about a set of headphones.
