Elderly Man Arrested On DWI Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Debbie L. Gilmore, 48, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:05 a.m. on May 26, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. According to a court affidavit, officers were sent to the Best Western on Hall Street after a man requested police assistance and stated that Gilmore was allegedly assaulting another man inside one of the rooms. All three were reportedly watching movies and drinking and he stated that Gilmore allegedly “would randomly act out violently, as she typically does when she is drunk,” and “scratched, slapped, and punched” the other man. The witness said he worried that it would escalate, so he called police. Police went to the room and reportedly saw beer cans strewn about the room. They spoke with the man and allegedly saw scratches – including at least one that was deep enough to draw blood – all over his back. After questioning, the man reportedly stated that Gilmore had allegedly assaulted him and she was arrested.

Justin W.R. Haberstroh, year of birth 1988, of Winter Street in Manchester, was arrested at noon on May 26, 2017, on two counts of sale of controlled drugs. The charges stem from alleged incidents in East Concord.

Gayle L. Wood-Ruggles, YOB 1963, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on May 26, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Kimberly A. Drysdale, YOB 1962, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:48 a.m. on May 26, 2017, for operating without a valid license. She was arrested after a traffic stop near the Manchester Street Laundromat on Manchester Street.

Preston R. Gallimore, TOB 1992, of Silver Lake, IN, received a summons at 6:15 p.m. on May 26, 2017, on a peddle gods without a license violation allegedly on School Street.

Gerald A. Marsh, YOB 1996, of North Road in Warner, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on May 26, 2017, on two counts of possession of controlled drugs, two counts of possession of drugs, unlawful possession of alcohol, and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor. Also arrested was Drew J. Flanders, YOB 1993, of Willey Lane in Warner, for possession of controlled drugs. They were arrested on East Side Drive.

Elayne M. Corson, YOB 1984, of Hazel Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:51 a.m. on May 27, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Hazel Drive.

Robert A. Richard, YOB 1947, of View Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on May 27, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of driving while intoxicated, and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested on Shaker Road.

Meaghan T. Fazzina, YOB 1985, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on May 27, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident on Pleasant Street.
