“After nearly a month of intensive investigation by the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, information was finally developed that pointed investigators to an abandoned warehouse on Varney Street in Manchester,” Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal noted in a press alert. “Investigators conducted surveillance at this location and were able to see Mr. Eaton as the passenger in a vehicle near the warehouse. The task force was able to quickly surround the vehicle and arrest Mr. Eaton without any issues.”

Eaton was transported to the Rockingham County Jail to be processed on his outstanding parole violation warrant, as well as charged as a fugitive from justice on the Haverhill, MA, warrant for sexual assault and impersonating a police officer.

The investigation was “truly a combined effort of every member of the fugitive of the task force, along with several officers from the Seabrook, Derry, Salisbury, and Haverhill (MA) Police Departments,” White said. The arrest was made by several agencies that are members of the fugitive task force including; Hillsborough, Rockingham and Strafford County Sheriff’s Offices and Federal Protective Service.

Eaton has also been a prior Fugitive of the Week. Back in July 2015, he was wanted for failure to appear at a larceny and receiving stolen property court hearing. Less than a week later, he was arrested in Gloucester, MA, while driving a motorhome with an expired New Hampshire registration. Eaton was also arrested twice in September 2014, for failing to appear in drug court on a theft charge. He was living in Seabrook at the time.
