Sheriffs Arrest Numerous People on Heroin Charges
Plus, Massachusetts residents fail to appear at arraignments, violate probation, and face other charges.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department recently arrested the following people:
Keith W. O’Neil, 28, of College Lane in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Sept. 19, 2015, on a fugitive from justice charge for violating probation issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Jay W. Deyo, 45, of Brookdale Road in Salem, was arrested on Sept. 17, on a judge’s order to arrest for a civil violation of a court order.
Robert A. Eaton, 28, of Main Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 17, for failure to appear in drug court on a theft charge.

Roberto J. Rivera Jr., 21, of Woodland Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge. He was arrested on Sept. 17.
Jose A. Espiritu, 22, of Nichols Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Sept. 16, for VOP on an original charge of possession of cocaine with intent to dispense.
Jeremy J. Sweet, 40, of Pleasant Street in Danville, was arrested on Sept. 16, for failure to appear at the arraignment of four forgery counts.
David A. Messineo, 46, of Lafayette Road in Rochester, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of receiving stolen property.
Jonah P. Welby, 26, of President Road in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 16, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge and possession of psilocin.
Dominic A. Abreu Jr., 35, of Cedar Street in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on Sept. 15, for VOP on an original charge of theft.
David P. McGlinchey, 43, of Longfellow Street in Dorchester, MA, was arrested on Sept. 15, for failure to appear at possession of clonazepam, five counts of receiving stolen property, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon (a knife) charges.
Ryan M. Landers, 34, of Middle Street in Sanford, ME, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on possession of cocaine and possession of heroin charges. He was arrested on Sept. 15.
Nathan A. Herling, 26, of North Road in Brentwood, was arrested on Sept. 14, on a delivery of articles prohibited charge.
Douglas B. Thibedeau, 52, of Barbara Street in Providence, RI, was arrested on Sept. 14, for def sent on an original charge of possession of heroin.
