Alleged Drug Dealers, Rapists Indicted

Plus, Nashua sex offender indicted, woman indicted on prostitution and drug charges, and Mass. man indicted on forgery, bad check charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in May.

Jose L. Acevedo, 49, of Colson Road in Hudson, for felony habitual offender as well as DUI allegedly on Roosevelt Avenue in Hudson on Feb. 2, 2017.

Kyle Anderson, 22, of Raintree Drive in Londonderry, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine allegedly on Feb. 1, 2017, in Hudson.

Taksharykumar Bhagat, 26, of Princeton Boulevard in Lowell, MA, for forgery and issuing bad checks, both felonies, due to two prior convictions. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Oct. 7, 2016, in Nashua on another person’s account and a $2,603.81 check.

Jennifer Bray, 36, of Acton Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on March 6, 2017, in Nashua.

Ruth Castellanos, 55, of Hampshire Drive in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine and prostitution and related offense. On Dec. 15, 2016, she allegedly agreed to perform a sex act on an undercover officer in Nashua.

Kevin Cloutier, 62, of Sousa Boulevard in Hudson, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. Between January 2014, and May 2016, he allegedly seized control over funds belonging to Pondview Estates Association in Hudson.

Bradley Desmarais, 25, of Sugar River Drive in Claremont, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and three counts of felonious sexual assault, all felonies. Between August 2015, and March 2016, in Wilton, he allegedly raped a girl under 16 but over 13 with a four-year age difference.

Harrison Duong, 22, of Chandler Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Tramadol allegedly on Jan. 25, 2017, in Nashua.

Stephen Gill, 40, of Boston Road in Nashua, for felony duty to inform allegedly on April 13, 2017, in Nashua.

Paula Gregoire, 49, of Lowell Road in Hudson, for possession of a controlled drug-Ritalin and sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly in concert with Jennifer Bray on March 6, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in February 2010.
