Alleged Loudon Meth Dealer Charged: Log

Concord Police: MVHS student busted for drugs, Pittsfield man charged with forgery, and woman arrested for possessing stolen state property.

CONCORD, NH - Crystal L. Auclair, 33, pictured, of Route 129 in Loudon, was arrested 3:40 p.m. on April 29, 2016, on a single felony count of sale of controlled drugs-amphetamines/methamphetamines. According to an arrest report, the alleged sale was made on Feb. 4, 2016, in Loudon, involving $400 worth of the drug. She was arrested by the Loudon Police Department, processed, and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. Auclair is due in court on June 6.

Donald K. Taylor, 60, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on April 22, 2016, for driving while intoxicated-second offense. An officer at the intersection of Centre and North State streets saw a black pickup truck approach the light and then drive through a red light, according to an arrest report. The vehicle was stopped at Park and North State streets and the driver – Taylor – reportedly stated he knew he should have stopped. Liquor was also on the passenger side floor of the vehicle, which Taylor reportedly stated was owned by a friend, according to the report. The officer alleged that he smelled like alcohol, had glossy, bloodshot eyes, and was slurring his words. After finding out that he had been previously arrested for DWI, Taylor was arrested. He had a court date on May 9.

Devon R. Hanson, 28, of Old Range Road in Sanborton, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on April 18, 2016, on two counts of criminal threatening from alleged incidents on Manchester Street on March 12, 2016. He was served while inside the Belknap County Jail on other charges. Hanson was arraigned on April 19.

Michael J. Grass, 30, of Bridge Street in Pittsfield, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on April 14, 2016, for felony forgery and theft by deception from an alleged incident on Dec. 18, 2015, at the Service Credit Union inside of the Walmart on Loudon Road. He was arrested by Epping Police on the warrant and is due in court on May 23.

Justin T. Connor, 18, of Rumford Drive in Webster, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on April 13, 2016, on a possession of a controlled drug charge from April 5, 2016, at Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street. He’s due in court on May 23.

Brittany M. Mayo, 19, of Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on April 12, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and unregistered vehicle after an alleged incident on Loudon Road on March 18, 2016. She was arrested by the Pittsfield Police Department on a Concord warrant. She’s due in court on May 23.

Katie-Jo Waters, 27, of Route 114 in Bradford, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on April 10, 2016, for receiving stolen property from an alleged incident in April 2015 on I-93 near the Exit 12 on-ramp involving state property. She was served at the Merrimack County House of Corrections where she was being held on another matter. She was arraigned the next day.

Martha J. Sartwell, 50, of Penacook Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:33 a.m. on April 5, 2016, and charged with simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault for allegedly slamming the door on a family member during an argument an injury the other person. On April 8, 2016, at 1:19 p.m., she was arrested again on two default or breach of bail conditions charge from April 6, 2016. She was arrianged on May 16.
