Alleged Concord prowler arrested on Old Suncook Road, Gilmanton pair charged with party shop theft, and homeless man arrested on 7 warrants.

CONCORD, NH — Byishimo Rugabirwa, 22, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on Nov. 16, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested at the Royal Gardens Apartment complex.

Jay C. Pike, 26, of Monroe Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Monroe Street.

Peter S. Sylvestre III, 35, of Fiserhville Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
John Wilcox, 46, pictured, of Prospect Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for sale of controlled drugs and possession of controlled drugs, both felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Oct. 21, and Nov. 1, 2016, on Prospect Street. The dealing charge allegedly involved 2 grams of crack cocaine, valued at $200. On Nov. 1, Wilcox was allegedly in possession of 3.5 grams of methamphetamine, valued at $350. He turned himself in on a warrant and is due in court on Jan. 9, 2017.

Kyle B. Joyce, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, on seven bench warrants. At least one was related to an alleged incident at Hannaford. He was reportedly arrested in an apartment on Pleasant Street.
Kim L. Daigneau, 46, of Middle Route in Gilmanton, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal liability for conduct of another. Also arrested was Roy J. McNair, 35, same address, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Donovan’s Party & Novelty on Fort Eddy Road.
Derek J. Benwell, 29, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016, for prowling, simple assault on a police officer, resisting arrest or detention, and criminal mischief. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Old Suncook road.
