Homeless Teen Arrested on Drug, Warrant Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Kelley A. Smith, 46, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 4, 2016, for receiving stolen property and four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

James N. Chestnut III, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:31 a.m. on Sept. 5, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, disobeying a police officer, driving after revocation or suspension, and two bench warrants after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord.

Shane Adkinson, 32, of Terrace Street in Nashua, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on Sept. 5, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident on Downing Street.

Samantha J. Lavoie, 33, of Burns Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Sept. 5, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive.

Kraig W. St. Germain, 38, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested at the Morning Star Condominium complex on Loudon Road.

Dylan A. Simms, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2016, for possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, possession of controlled drugs, and a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Christopher Mancini, 34, of Goffstown Back Road in Manchester, was arrested at 5:42 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2016, for simple assault and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident on North Emperor Drive.

Derek J. Benwell, 29, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:27 p.m. on Sept. 7, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident on Montgomery Street.

Melissa Wergen, 28, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on Sept. 7, 2016, for false report on an accident and allowing an improper person to operate after an alleged incident on Canton Circle.

Bethany M. Bacon, 36, of Roseau Lane in Boscawen, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on Sept. 7, 2016, for disobeying an officer and warrants after an alleged incident at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Fisherville Road.

Susan L. McCarthy, 58, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Sept. 7, 2016, for simple assault after an alleged incident at Gibson’s Bookstore on South Main Street.

Timothy J. Langlais, 58, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on Sept. 7, 2016, for resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident on Charles Street in Penacook.
