Alleged Stranglers and Alleged Drug Dealer Indicted in Merrimack County

Center Barnstead, Manchester thieves, Concord habitual offender with 4 DUI arrests, Franklin felon allegedly with switchblade all indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in April in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Justin Stenroos, 33, pictured lower left, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling a man on Feb. 11, 2017, in Pittsfield.

John R. Sullivan, 50, of Shaker Road in North Sutton, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly holding a pillow over teenage child’s face on Jan. 21, 2017, in North Sutton.

Adam Tucker, 35, of Jennifer Lane in Auburn, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine allegedly on July 30, 2016, in Hooksett. He was previously convicted or more offenses in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2000 and Hooksett District Court in July 2001.

Franklin Turner, 30, of Maple Street in Center Barnstead, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing merchandise from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Feb. 1, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of two theft charges in Concord District Court in November 2016.

Thomas Ware, 32, of Pine Street in Manchester, on three counts of theft by unauthorized taking and three counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies. In February 2017, he allegedly exercised unauthorized control over propane and heating equipment owned by Rymes in Pembroke, iron hangers and shelves owned a woman in Pembroke, and motorcycle saddles bags owned by a man in Pembroke. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in February 2015.

Drew Wentworth, 34, pictured lower right, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Sept. 29, 2016, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in February 2016.

Charles N. Wright, 51, of North State Street in Concord, on two counts of felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Hazen Drive in Concord on March 6, and March 10, 2017.

Robert Young, 48, pictured lower center, of Memorial Street in Franklin, for felony convicted felons for allegedly possession a switchblade on Feb. 25, 2017, in Boscawen. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in May 1990, in Rockingham County Superior Court.
