Alleged Meth Dealer, Cop Assault-Gun Theft Suspect, Others Indicted: Roundup
East Hampstead man indicted for vehicular assault after allegedly striking a woman, fleeing; Maine man indicted for DWI chase across NH.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in February in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jason R. Sanders, 27, pictured upper left, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and possession of drugs-marijuana allegedly on Dec. 14, 2016, on I-93 in Hooksett.

Dylan Smith, 20, of Old Center Road in Deerfield, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 14, 2017, in Concord.
Joshua Smith, 24, of Russel Street in Franklin, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Jan. 5, 2017, in Concord. Smith was previous convicted in Franklin District Court in August 2012, on a drug offense, according to the indictment.

Kevin Staniels, 55, of Ganry Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute, a felony, and speed allegedly on Merrimack Street in Hooksett on Aug. 23, 2017.
Ryan Stetzler, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, on four felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. On Aug. 26, 2017, at the Shell gas station on Sheep Davis Road in Concord, he allegedly took control of a pickup truck, as well as a ladder and tools, owned by another person.
Nathan Stewartson, 27, of Central Street in East Hampstead, for felony conduct after an accident and vehicular assault after allegedly striking another while driving a Volkswagen on Loudon Road in Concord and then, fleeing the scene.
Samantha Thompson, 27, of Campton, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and three counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl mixture, cocaine, and methamphetamine allegedly on Nov. 1, 2016, on King Hill Road in New London.
Kendrick Waddell, 45, pictured upper right, of Fayette Street in Concord, for three felony counts sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly in August and September 2016. He was previously convicted of possession in Franklin District Court in September 2014.
Drew Wentworth, 34, pictured lower right, of Woodland Drive in Weare, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, felony attempted taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer, as well as domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of enhanced penalty-simple assault (police officer), false report to law enforcement, and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Nov. 28, 2016, on Hall Street in Concord.
Joshua Young, 32, pictured lower left, of Parkman Road in Garland, ME, for felony reckless conduct as well as two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation or suspension, resisting arrest or detention, and two counts of disobeying an officer. On Dec. 19, 2016, he allegedly drove drunk from Antrim to I-89 in Concord while failing to stop for police in Antrim, Bow, and New Hampshire State Police. Young was previous convicted of driving after suspension in June 2014 in Franklin District Court.
Troy Zanis, 41, of Beacon Hill in Pembroke, for felony habitual offender and criminal mischief. On Sept. 6, 2016, he allegedly drove on Walker Street in Concord. He also allegedly caused damage to a window screen by pulling the screen with his hand.
