ARRESTS: Concord Man Faces More Theft Charges

Plus, Concord man charged with criminal mischief.

Jeremy F. Grandmaison (pictured), 31, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on June 23, 2014, on a felony theft charge and three theft by deception charges from Jan. 27, Feb. 7, Feb. 9, and Feb. 12, on Bog Road, at the Cash for Gold on Manchester Street, and the Express Jewelry Center on North Main Street. An officer met with Grandmaison at the Merrimack County House of Corrections to serve him warrants. He was arraigned on June 24.

Heather Edwards, 39, of South Curtisville Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. on June 24, 2014, on a bench warrant. An officer was sent to South Curtisville Road for a noise complaint involving teenagers who were yelling, screaming, and driving around on a tractor. The officer arrived and found numerous kids and requested to speak with a parent. The officer spoke with Edwards who had an electronic bench warrant on a nonpayment of a court fine, $215 cash to settle, and she was arrested.

Zachary Richard Gloudemans, 29, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on June 24, 2014, on a bench warrant. While on bike patrol, officers were sent to Warren Street for a noise complaint. Gloudemans answered the door and police spoke with him about the noise. A check revealed that there was an active warrant out of Derry District Court from May 2013, for nonappearance in court on a disobeying a police officer, $2,000 cash to settle, and he was arrested. During processing, the arresting officer found out that Gloudemans was out on parole from Laconia and also had a federal probation for robbing a bank. He was arraigned later that day.

Michelle Ludwig, 47, of Church Street in Tilton, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on June 24, 2014, on a theft of lost or mislaid property from June 3, at the Shell gas station on Loudon Road. Ludwig turned herself in to police and she was arraigned on July 28.

Joseph G. Costa, 47, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on June 24, 2014, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration charges. An officer on patrol on Loudon Road saw a Chevrolet Malibu with a July inspection sticker that didn’t match the January registration. The officer called the plate in and found that the driver’s license and his registration were suspended. The vehicle was pulled over on East Side Drive. Costa reportedly stated he didn’t know he was suspended and advised that the vehicle inspection failed emissions. Costa was arrested and he was arraigned on July 28.

Adam Montrose, 34, of Jamey Drive in Rochester, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on June 24, 2014, on a theft by deception charge, a felony, from the Walmart on Loudon Road on April 20. Montrose was in New Hampshire State Prison and informed about the arrest warrant. He was arraigned on June 25.

Brianna L. Harris, 24, of Beacon Hill Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. on June 24, 2014, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to the Irving station on North State Street because Harris was concerned about the welfare of another person. En route, dispatch stated that Harris had a warrant from June 13, out of Hooksett District Court on a breach of bail charge. When the officers arrived, Harris wasn’t at the gas station so they went to her home on 8 Granite Street and found out that the person was OK. She was arrested though on the warrant and had a court date on July 30.

Noah M. Fournier, 31, of West Clarke Street in Manchester, was arrested at 10 a.m. on June 25, 2014, and charged with felony identity fraud and two counts of theft by deception from the Bed Bath and Beyond on Dec. 24, 2013, Jan. 5, and Jan. 15. According to a court affidavit, an officer was sent to the store for a report of fraudulent returns. The loss prevention officer alleged that Fournier came into the store without any possessions, selected items in the store, and then returned them to the customer service desk for a refund. In the process of the investigation, the officer found out that Fournier allegedly did the same thing in Amherst, Hooksett, and Nashua, for more than $1,000. The report alleged that he used identification cards that belonged to other people. He also allegedly attempted to obtain credit under the name of “Craig Thompson,” according to the report. Fournier was at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections and was arraigned on June 26.

Andreas Georgopoulos, 22, of Route 129 in Loudon, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on June 25, 2014, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, both felonies, from April, on Community Drive and the Cash for Gold on Manchester Street. Georgopoulos turned himself in and had a court date on Aug. 4.

Miles John Chamness, 61, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. on June 26, 2014, and charged with criminal mischief and default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were called to an apartment on Fisherville Road for a domestic disturbance. They made contact with Chamness, who was outside in the parking lot, and a woman, who stated that she and her husband were having an argument and he allegedly “began breaking items inside of the apartment.” The reporting officer inspected the damage including a broken glass picture frame that he allegedly punched. The officer looked at Chamness’ hands and found blood on his knuckles. The officer alleged that he smelled like alcohol and had glassy, bloodshot eyes. He was later arrested. Since he was out on bail from an assault charge in April, a breach charge was added. He was held on $4,000 cash bail and was arraigned on June 27.
