Boston Man Wanted On Attempted Murder Charge In New Hampshire: U.S. Marshals
Evan Hollins, who has ties to Manchester, is accused of shooting a man in Concord on Saturday; he is considered "armed and dangerous."

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has now become involved in the hunt for a man accused of shooting another man in Concord on Saturday.
Evan Mitchell Hollins is 41, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Originally from Massachusetts, Hollins has a tattoo on one of his arms although specific details about the tattoo were not released.
Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, said Hollins is wanted on attempted murder, first-degree assault, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct with a firearm charges after a shooting in the city.

“Hollins should be considered armed and dangerous,” White said.
Hollins, according to police, has been living in either Massachusetts or Concord. A "be-on-the-lookout" (BOLO) call sent statewide to all police departments and first responders not long after the shooting said he was a Dorchester, MA, resident. Police after the incident scoped out an address on Merrimack Street in the city where they believed he might be staying but did not find him. It is unknown when he moved to the city.

Hollins also has personal ties to Manchester, too, where he has previously faced criminal charges, according to reports online.
Task force members are warning against anyone attempting to apprehend Hollins due to the armed and dangerous warning. If you see him or know where he is, call the police or the task force at 603-225-1632.
