The reporting officer alleged that Walsh continually attempted to pull away from the officer while being guided to the cruiser and in the police station. At one point, while near an elevator, the officer alleged, Walsh allegedly “pulled away attempting to spin” around to confront the officer and was pushed into a corner and ordered to stop, according to a court affidavit.
