According to the Rockingham County Superior Court, Ramirez-Soto was accused of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking of a stolen firearm in December 2021, following an incident in Derry.
Ramirez-Soto was indicted on the charges in July 2023. He failed to appear at arraignments, but after a couple of hearings, he took a plea deal. In November 2024, Ramirez-Soto pleaded guilty to both charges and received two 12-month sentences — one suspended for three years with a year of probation and the other suspended for three years with 89 days of time-served credit.
In October 2025, he was accused of violating probation, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
If you know where Ramirez-Soto is or see someone who looks like him, do not try to apprehend him. Contact corrections at 603-271-1804, the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department at 603-679-2225, or local police.
