California Man Faces Crash Charge In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Eric Michael Ballard, born 1975, of Salisbury, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on Aug. 10, 2020, on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Liberty Street.

Stacey M. Young, 36, of Concord was arrested at 3:58 p.m. on Aug. 9 and charged with three felony possession of controlled drug charges after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. She was arrested again at 3 a.m. on Aug. 12 on a warrant outside of 20 Loudon Road. Young was arraigned Aug. 10 and is due back in court Nov. 9. She also has an active possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court after an incident in July in Nashua. Previous drug charges from April 2019 in Concord Merrimack County Superior Court and a drug charge out of Boscawen in December 2018 which were nolle prossed. Two drug possession charges out of Concord from November 2018, that were vacated in December 2019, have been reopened, according to the court.

Andrew Thibeau, 26, of Concord was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on Aug. 8 on a second-degree assault-deadly weapon, criminal threatening, criminal mischief, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Pleasant Street in the area of hospital area. He was arraigned Aug. 10 and is due back in superior court Nov. 16.

Noah Ford, born 2002, of Concord received a summons at 6:20 a.m. on Aug. 8 on an unlawful possession/intoxication charge after an incident at the Sewalls Falls State Recreation Area on Second Street.

David Mathew Delisle, born 1975, of Franklin received a summons at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 7 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Loudon Road near Walmart.

Mandy L. Truchon, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 5:23 p.m. on Aug. 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Joann L. Marcussen, born 1948, of Manchester received a summons at 11:20 a.m. on Aug. 6 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jason M. Karsokas, born 1979, of Rocklin, California, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Aug. 5 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident at 43 N. Main St.
