Rumney Man Allegedly Assaults Pregnant Girlfriend: Log

Concord Police: Homeless man arrested on forgery, fraud, and theft charges; Derry man arrested for drugs after incident at Dunkin's.

CONCORD, NH - Clayton T. Lindberg, 26, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2016, and charged with four felony forgery charges, five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, six felony counts of theft by deception, and two counts of theft by deception. The charges stem from purchases allegedly made at Ocean State Job Lot on D’Amante Drive, XSmoke Vape Smart and Sears at the Steeplegate Mall, and Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. He was arrested at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and arraigned the next day.

Franklin Nduka, 32, of Hanover Street in Manchester, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2016, for conduct after an accident from Jan. 4, 2016, at Concord Hospital. He was also cited for unsafe movement of a motor vehicle. Nduka turned himself in to police and is due in court on Feb. 22.

Henry E. Chrabaszcz, 22, of Stinson Lake Road in Rumney, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2015, and charged with two counts of simple assault, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. Police were sent to Peaceful Lane for a report of a domestic disturbance involving people who were reportedly involved in a disturbance on Elm Street 30 minutes before. When they arrived, they spoke to a woman who stated that she and her boyfriend were arguing about a court case he had coming up in Vermont. She stated that they were in a relationship but not married and she was pregnant. They picked up their paychecks and went to the bank to cash them but Chrabaszcz alleged kept grabbing her in the stomach and wouldn’t let her get out of the car. He let her go and they went into the bank but when they got back to the car, he allegedly wouldn’t let her in, so she started walking away. Chrabaszcz reportedly followed her and yelled at her to get back into the vehicle and she did. While they were driving though, Chrabaszcz allegedly “pulled her hair and kept grabbing her around the stomach.” She then fought back, pulling his hair, attempting to get out of the vehicle. She hit him in the head and then he allegedly slapped her face. When they drove into the driveway, she jumped out of the car and ran into the house. She refused medical attention, according to the report. The officer spoke to Chrabaszcz and he was arrested and arraigned on Jan. 4.

Devin A. M. Kitson, 20, of Kesavan Drive in Boscawen, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2015, for possession of controlled drugs (marijuana) and unlawful possession of alcohol. At just past midnight, an officer saw a man standing on the sidewalk on Perley Street looking at his cellphone. There had been some thefts in the area, so he parked and talked to the man. The man, Kitson, said he was waiting for a relative so they could go to Rite Aid. Kitson and the officer spoke about whether or not the pharmacy was open at that hour. Kitson also reportedly stated he would call the relative but didn’t have his phone. The officer told him he just saw him on his phone and Kitson allegedly stated he didn’t have it with him. He later, according to the report, pulled it out of his pocket and said he forgot about it. Kitson allegedly smelled like alcohol and had “difficulty staying on his feet.” The officer ran a quick eye check on him while another officer patted him down and allegedly found a glass bowl in his jacket with burnt marijuana and he was arrested. Kitson is due in court on Feb. 1.

Amy J. Yeoman, 26, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2015, for felony theft by unauthorized taking (two prior convictions) for allegedly taking a $59.97 doll and not paying for it. Yeoman allegedly told the officer she came to the store to return a My Life doll ($27.97) but didn’t feel like waiting in line so she put the other doll on a shelf, grabbed the new doll, put it in the bag, an left, according to the report. She was convicted of theft in June 2011 in Sixth District Court and felony theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2012. Yeoman is due in court on Feb. 1.

Abigail G. Labombard, 21, of South Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Dec. 21, 2015, for conduct after an accident from Dec. 17, 2015, outside of Cobblestone Design on Fort Eddy Road.

Ronald L. Haith, 36, of Branch Turnpike in Manchester, on 1:05 a.m. on Dec. 20, 2015, on a bench warrant and failure to use required turn signals. An officer saw a vehicle make a quick turn and then accelerate rapidly from Hills Avenue to South Main Street while not using a turn signal. The officer pulled the BMW over on South State Street. The driver, Haith, had a warrant out of Nashua District Court from Nov. 3, 2015, for nonpayment of a fine, and he was arrested. Haith is due in court on Feb. 3.

David M. Delisle, 40, of McKee Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident on Dec. 12, 2015, at Substyle Vapors on North Main Street. He was arraigned on Jan. 25.

Daryl G. Gurley, 22, of Scenic Drive in Derry, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2015, for felony possession of a controlled drugs (fentanyl) and a bench warrant. Police were sent to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Loudon Road for a report of a man with an active warrant locking himself in a bathroom. Dispatch confirmed the warrant – nonappearance in Salem District Court issued on Dec. 13, 2015, on a theft by deception charge, $1,000 cash bail. They made contact with Gurley, according to a court affidavit, and took him in to custody. “While I was searching Gurley, he spit out a small rolled up plastic bag onto the ground,” according to the officer. “The plastic was consistent with one commonly known to me to contain controlled substances.” A second officer found a spoon with white powder and a syringe with clear brown liquid that were allegedly found in the bathroom. “Gurley nodded off numerous times while in my custody, and his behavior was consistent with someone who was impaired by drug use,” the officer alleged. Gurley was held on $1,000 cash bail.
