Child Pornography Convict Sought by U.S. Marshals

Have you seen Robert Winston Clark? He is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender after numerous convictions on other charges, too.

CONCORD, NH — This week’s The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week has been missing since October 2016 and investigators are asking for assistance in locating him. Robert W. Clark, 28, is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender in Concord.

Clark is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 300 lbs. He has blonde hair, hazel eyes, and light skin tone. Clark has numerous tattoos including the letter “T” on the back of his name and Japanese symbols of both “love” and “hate” on his upper arms.

According to an alert, Clark has an active warrant from last year for failing to register after being convicted of possession of child pornography in 2009, on a victim under 16, as well as previous registration violations.

“(Clark) has a lifetime requirement to register as a sex offender,” according to U.S. Deputy Jeffrey White.

Clark’s whereabouts is currently unknown although he has ties to the Concord area.

According to posts on Concord NH Patch, Clark, who has been homeless for a number of years, and was arrested in March and April 2015 for drug possession, duty to report, and breach of bail. He was arrested in April of last year for felony duty to report. And then, Clark was arrested again for criminal trespass and breach of bail later in April after an alleged incident under the I-393 bridge near the Kimball Jenkins Estate.

The state of New Hampshire noted that he has been convicted of duty to report three times between 2013 and 2016, as well as other charges including controlled drug: acts prohibited, breach of bail, three theft-willful concealment charges, and receiving stolen property, since his child porn conviction.
