CONCORD, NH — A former college basketball coach from Concord who was arrested last week on more than 50 felony charges after being accused of raping and video recording underage girls is now facing more charges in superior court.

Joshua Seth Pincoske, 47, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arraigned on Wednesday in Strafford County Superior Court on possession of child sexual abuse images, intentional contribution to delinquency, two counts of manufacture child sexual abuse images, and three counts of trafficking in persons (purchase-pay to observe sex with persons under 18), all felonies. The case, according to court filings, involves an investigation that began in December 2020 involving two girls from Farmington.

At that time, one of the girls reached out to the Farmington school resource officer about a handwritten note, which appeared to be a diary entry, describing a sexual assault encounter with a man. The girl told the officer that the note was about Pincoske, an affidavit stated.

After speaking with the officer, the girl revealed that another girl had an Only Fans account and through that account, her friend made a deal with Pincoske where they “would get paid $150” for an encounter with Pincoske in his car, the report stated.

The school resource officer gave the case to a sergeant who met with the girl’s guardian and scheduled an interview at a child advocacy center.

During the interview, the girl said her friend had posted photos for sale on Snapchat and then received money via Cash App or Venmo from people. Pincoske, the affidavit said, began communicating with the girl about her friend and she arraigned to have them meet and split the money. All three met later at a campground and Pincoske drove off with the girls to a more private place, she said in the report. Later, after driving and stopping, the girl accused Pincoske of putting $150 on the dashboard of his car and requesting the girls become sexually involved with him.

Since the incident, the girl said in the interview, Pincoske had sent friend requests, video chat requests, and messages to her on Facebook, as well as text messages to her phone, although she did not know how he got her number, the affidavit said.

The sergeant began investigating Pincoske as well as the girl with the OnlyFans account. Farmington police, the report stated, had a prior incident with the girl, when she was 15, concerning a SnapChat account hacking. During that investigation, the officer wrote, the girl took sexually explicit photos of herself and shared them on multiple SnapChat accounts.

A search warrant was requested and granted for the girl’s phone and an interview was scheduled with her and a parent.

During the interview, the girl said she first met Pincoske in 2018 when she was 15 and was living in Concord. He would buy her vape pens and gave her cash for marijuana, the affidavit said. They also messaged each other on Facebook and SnapChat. She also confirmed most of the statements made by the first girl about the encounter accusation, the affidavit said. The girl, however, said she was more involved in the encounter and there was a blanket that was used that was thrown out of Pincoske’s car afterward, the report said.

At the end of the interview, the sergeant seized the girl’s iPhone and officers began searching the area where the encounter occurred. The report stated that due to rain, enough snow had melted, and they were able to find the blanket although it was frozen. Police used evidence paper to catch any debris that might fall off the blanket as it defrosted and dried.

On Jan. 8, 2021, police received a forensic download of the girl’s iPhone hard drive and, during the course of a number of weeks, discovered chats on Facebook and Instagram, a $15 Cash App transfer from September 2020, and another note about the encounter, according to the affidavit.

More search warrants were requested including user names and accounts of both girls and Pincoske. The first girl, in an instant message to the girl with the OnlyFans account, wrote to her saying, “I keep deleting the messages so I didn’t have to look at them but now I’m gonna keep track of how many times he can text me before he gets the hint I’m never gonna respond,” the sergeant wrote.

The sergeant also requested search warrants for Comcast and Verizon accounts connected to Pincoske and scheduled a second interview with the girl with the accounts. During this interview, the girl told police she had sent sexual pictures of a third girl, who was 16 at the time, to Pincoske, the report stated.

On Feb. 2, Farmington police along with Concord police, the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and others searched Pincoske’s resident. During the raid, police also requested DNA swabs of Pincoske, an affidavit stated.

Pincoske, the sergeant noted, admitted to receiving nude pictures of the girl with the accounts in exchange for a vape pen years before and repeatedly met the girl in Farmington, Loudon, and Rochester. When asked about the specific encounter, Pincoske was accused of admitting to touching the girls while they were active in his car — but he “kept saying he did not remember the details about that night.” Police then served him with a search warrant for the DNA swabs, the report stated.

Pincoske was arrested by Concord police on Feb. 8 on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, 50 counts of manufacturing child sexual abuse images, and one count of possession of a child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was also charged with a single misdemeanor sexual assault charge. He is being held on preventive detention. Investigators said there were at least six girls connected to the investigation and possibly more.
