CONCORD, NH — Walter E. Marshall, born 1969, of Boscawen was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2022, on a warrant after an incident at 281 N. State St.

Joshua S. Pincoske, 47, of Concord was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Feb. 8 on sexual assault, four felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, possession of child sexual abuse image, and 50 felony manufacture child sexual abuse image charges. Amara Rayno, born 2003, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Feb. 8 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident in the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Corey P. Drinkwater, born 1989, of Goffstown was arrested on a warrant at 12:47 p.m. on Feb. 8 at Sixth Circuit Court on Clinton Street in Concord.

Fatmir Gasi, 59, of Laconia was cited at 2:40 a.m. on Feb. 8 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. He was arrested at 7:53 a.m. on Feb. 8 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 90 S. Main St.

Helmi M. Ryan, 49, of Concord was arrested at 2:34 a.m. on Feb. 8 on possession of a controlled drug, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Colin P. White, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on Feb. 7 on a bench warrant after an incident at the South End Laundromat on Downing Street.

John T. Cadiero, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 1:34 p.m. on Feb. 7 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road. Later, five breach of bail charges were added after an incident on Curtice Avenue.

Joseph N. Donisi, 43, of Concord was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on Feb. 6 on two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident at the Concord Crew Boat House on Loudon Road.

Jose S. Harris, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on a bench warrant as well as a receiving stolen property charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at Jo Ann Fabrics on Storrs Street.

Alexandra L. Cremone, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Feb. 6 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested after an incident on Hall Street.

Laura Ramos, 54, of Concord was arrested at 7:12 a.m. on Feb. 6 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident on Hall Street.
