Concord Man Charged with Domestic Assault, False Imprisonment: Log
Police: Penacook man arrested on domestic assault, criminal threatening charges and an Allenstown man was arrested on driving charges.

CONCORD, NH — Michael W. Ordway, 28, pictured, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, and domestic violence-false imprisonment. The charges stem from an alleged incident at an apartment on Branch Turnpike on the morning of Aug. 7, 2016. He was arraigned the next day.

William J. Milardo, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, for duty to report. He was arrested on Russell Street.

Shoubert Beauchamps, 36, of Bog Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road.
Jordan N. Agoubi, 26, of Heritage Drive in Allenstown, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Storrs Street.

Cody E. Lambert, 23, of Route 4 in Danbury, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2016, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident in an apartment on Pinehurst Street.
Erik R. Duffy, 33, of Lylac Street in Penacook, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on June 17, 2016, for felony possession of controlled drugs-heroin, and possession of controlled drugs-marijuana from an alleged incident on June 10, 2016, at NH Legal Assistance on North State Street.
Matthew D. Avery, 33, of Summer Street in Penacook, was arrested at noon on June 11, 2016, and charged with felony criminal threatening, two counts of simple assault, and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault after alleged incidents at a home on Summer Street and the intersection of Summer and Cross streets on June 10, 2016, allegedly involving a knife or cutting instrument. Avery was arrested by Nashua Police on the Concord warrant.
