Police: Concord man charged with DWI, Franklin woman charged with theft services, homeless man arrested in a local garage.

CONCORD, NH — Roger A. Hutchins, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on July 13, 2016, for criminal trespass after an alleged incident at the Capital Commons Garage on Storrs Street.

Glen Peace, 46, of Trestle Lane in Manchester, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on July 13, 2016, for receiving stolen property after an alleged incident on Old Turnpike Road.

Darrien A. White, 20, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on July 13, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Christopher L. Couch, 19, of Windymere Drive in Epsom, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on July 14, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, domestic violence-criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident on South Street.

Katie R.R. Popien, 28, of Lakeview Avenue in Franklin, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on July 14, 2016, for theft of services after an alleged incident at Beauty by Design on Loudon Road.

Erik R. Duffy, 33, of Lilac Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on July 14, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.

Rai Suresh, 45, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on July 14, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was stopped while driving on I-393.

Hector Rodriguez, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on July 14, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested at the Thirty Pines Autowash and Storage facility on Fisherville Road.
