Sarah Anne Silveria, 18, (pictured) of Hollow Rite Road in Loudon, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Oct. 8, on a simple assault charge. At 2 p.m., an officer met with a Merrimack Valley High School student who alleged that his ex-girlfriend assaulted him. The male stated that up until the day before, the two were dating and he was living with Silveria and her parents. After being dumped, he wanted to get his snowmobile and bob house back from the home but her parents wouldn’t allow him to get the items. The parents believed that he owed Silveria money, he stated. The officer advised him to go to the Loudon Police and request a civil standby, to get his items back. When asked how everything else was going since the breakup, the male reportedly stated “not good” and alleged that Silveria slapped and pushed him during lunch. He denied touching Silveria when asked. The officer went to check security footage and watched the two of them talking. The officer allegedly saw Silveria “take her right hand and slap (the male).” The male then backed up to a wall and Silveria allegedly “follows and pushes (him) one more time with her right hand across the chest.” The officer checked her profile and confirmed it was Silveria in the video. A 12-hour warrant arrest was put out for Silveria and Loudon Police picked her up. School officials agreed to make preparations to keep the two separated, according to the report.
