Concord Police Log: Man Tased Twice, Brought Under Control
Plus, woman allegedly admits to breach of bail (drinking a lot) after "a bad day" and a teen is arrested for criminal threatening.

Harley J. Huntress, 34, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on June 5, 2015, for simple assault, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to a domestic on Thompson Street at about 1:30 a.m. They immediately heard a woman yelling but couldn’t access the house. While searching for a way in, one of the officers spoke to a woman through a window who told them to go to the west side of the house. The officer reached a gate but it was locked. “While trying to open the door, I heard a loud crashing sound, which sounded like an object breaking,” the reporting officer noted. “(An officer) then kicked the gate, in the area of the locking mechanism which freed the door.” They met with two women outside and saw Huntress inside. “Huntress immediately started yelling at us, asking if we wanted to fight him, and saying, ‘If I grab your gun, are you going to shoot me?,’” according to the officer. He allegedly repeatedly ignored commands to back up so the officers created some distance. Once they got outside, Huntress allegedly lunged toward one of the officers and grabbed him by the shirt and tearing it, while trying to punch the officer with the other hand. The officer stepped out of the way and shoved Huntress in the chest, causing him to fall and hit the ground face first. The two officers quickly tried to cuff him by he allegedly resisted and was Tased. The officers pinned him to the ground and cuffed him with two pairs of cuffs. While doing this, Huntress reportedly broke free and continued to fight with the officers so they Tased him again. He was held without bail.
Thomas P. Landers, 19, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on June 4, for criminal threatening from May 26, 2015, on South State Street. He’s due in court on July 13.
Nina A. Villnave, 35, of Plains Road in Andover, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. on June 3, felony theft by unauthorized taking and a bench warrant from May 5, 2015, at the Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street. An officer called a parole officer about an active warrant against Villnave and the parole officer stated she might be living down on Hall Street near Elmwood Drive. The officer went over to the home saw Villnave’s truck in the driveway. A backup officer was called in and when they approached the home, they reported seeing movement inside the home including someone running from the front door. After some back and forth with the tenants of the building, Villnave was found in an upstairs bedroom and arrested. She was held on a parole hold.

Victoria P. Harman, 25, of Denny Hill Road in Warner, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on June 2, for conduct after an accident from an incident on May 28, 2015, on South Main Street near the Bow line. She’s due in court on July 13.
John T. Cassidy, 46, of Leewood Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on June 1, for receiving stolen property from the Sears on Loudon Road on April 7, 2015, and a warrant. He’s due in court on July 13.

Michelle L. Milbury, 27, of Airport Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on May 31, for default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were sent to Airport Road for a domestic incident. When they arrived, a man alleged that Milbury was drunk and “in his face,” yelling at him, and causing problems. He denied any physical contact but wanted her to leave because she was being “disrespectful.” Milbury reportedly told officers she was having a really bad day and admitted to drinking “a lot.” However, since she was out on bail from a previous charge and supposed to refrain from drinking, she was arrested. Milbury is due in court on July 6.
Diane E. Fowke, 62, of Concord Gardens in Concord, received a summons at 10:16 p.m. on May 30, for simple assault from an incident in the management office of the complex on May 22, 2015. Officers were sent to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Loudon Road for a welfare check on a woman inside with a dog. The woman, Fowke, had a warrant and was issued a summons to appear in court on June 29.

Heather R. Marsh, 36, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on April 9, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop for not stopping for a school bus on North East Village Road. Her license was suspended in September 2014.
Ian S. Hanley, 33, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. on April 9, for resisting arrest or detention and two bench warrants. Officers were on foot patrol near the Morning Star Apartments in an area known for criminal activity, including drug use. They saw a man approaching them on the footpath that turned around and ran from the scene. They told him to stop but he didn’t and kept running. Eventually, they caught up to him and he stopped. When asked why he was running, the man, later identified as Hanley, reportedly admitted to having active warrants. The officers checked and Hanley had two nonappearance in court warrants out of Concord District Court with $1,170 cash to settle. Hanley was held without bail.
Christopher R. Wheeler, 22, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, received a summons at 11:45 p.m. on April 8, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on North Main Street at Storrs for expired inspection sticker. His license was suspended on Jan. 21, 2015, for failure to pay court fines.
Suely Dugan, 50, of Pembroke Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on April 8, for willful concealment at the Target on D’Amante Drive for allegedly placing a piece of gold jewelry in her pocket without paying for it.
Christian O. Landor, 28, of Baldwin Street in Lawrence, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on April 8, for default or breach of bail conditions. An officer was sent to Concord District Court for a report of a contempt of bail incident involving Landor who was not supposed to have contact with a woman with an active restraining order. Landor denied having contact with the woman and told the officer that he was in court for his brother and the woman “had come in the courtroom and sat down next to him.” He then told her to leave and had no idea she would be there, according to the report. The officer then spoke with the woman who reportedly stated that she had given Landor a ride to court from his house in Massachusetts. Another officer witnessed the two of them allegedly walking into court together. The officer checked with the court to see if there was still an active order and it was still active. Landor was arrested and held without bail.
Kyle Leavy, 28, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on April 8, on a bench warrant. An officer was sent to Myrtle Street for a past tense theft. The woman reported that an antique dresser had been taken in an agreement between the woman, a mail carrier, and Leavy, who came to the home and reportedly took the wrong dresser and the woman was trying to get it back. Leavy reportedly told the officer that he didn’t have a vehicle large enough to return the dresser back. He had an active warrant out of Dover District Court for failure to appear in court on a DUI charge, $1,265 cash to settle bail, and was arrested.
