Concord Police Log: Manchester Man Arrested for Assault, Mischief
Plus, MVHS students summoned to court for disorderly conduct; numerous unlicensed drivers cited.
Justin Mailhot, 18, of Elm Street in Penacook, received a summons at 8:44 a.m. on Jan. 16, 2015, for disorderly conduct at Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street on Dec. 16, 2014. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Michael S. Istvan, 18, of Dakin Street in Concord, received a summons at 9:55 p.m. on Jan. 16, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Broadway for failing to stop at a stop sign on West Street. Istvan did not have a license and was issued the summons. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Benjamin Hall, 20, of Pierce Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on Jan. 16, on a criminal mischief charge at the Capital Commons Garage from June 5, 2014. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.

Scott Daneault Jr., 45, of Longmeadow Drive in Concord, received a summons at 1:03 a.m. on Jan. 16, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop for a defective license plate light on Bouton Street. Daneault’s license expired in December 2014. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Shawn M. Mitchell, 18, of Sanders Street in Penacook, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on Jan. 15, for disorderly conduct at Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street on Dec. 16, 2014. He’s due in court on March 2.

Harrison M. Smith, 22, of Central Street in Franklin, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Jan. 15, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on South Main Street for an expired inspection sticker. Smith had his license suspended on Jan. 7, for financial issues. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Brittany Bailey, 27, of Melissa Way in Laconia, received a summons at 1:17 p.m. on Jan. 15, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road for an expired inspection sticker. Bailey had a suspended license for failure to pay a court fine on June 3, 2014. She’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Keith E. Polar, 30, of Main Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Jan. 15, for simple assault and criminal trespass. Officers were sent to Maple Street for a report of a man who wouldn’t leave an apartment. The man, the caller’s daughter’s ex, Polar, reportedly smelled like alcohol and was unsteady on his feet. Polar reportedly stated that he walked to Concord from Manchester to see his kids and was told that he had to leave. The reporting officer stated that Polar’s answers were all over the place. A woman alleged that Polar showed up drunk and began knocking on the door. After being told to leave, he allegedly wouldn’t. When confronted about the need to leave, Polar allegedly pushed his way in and struck the woman in the face. Polar reportedly had a no contact order, according to the report. He was arrested and is due in court on March 2.
Jason W. McCormick, 36, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on Jan. 14, for criminal trespass. An officer patrolling Manchester Street saw McCormack standing outside the Cumberland Farms and knew he was issued a no trespass order earlier in the week. When approached about the issue, McCormack allegedly stated, “I didn’t know I couldn’t hang outside the store.” He was arrested and is due in court on March 2.
Kanza Usman, 31, of Pinewood Trail in Concord, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Jan. 13, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were called to Pinewood Trail for a man and woman arguing. The argument reportedly started about concern for a child who had not been fed at a certain time. The man came home after Usman reportedly hung up on him. The two continued to argue and Usman allegedly pushed him. Others in the home only heard the arguing, according to the report. Usman is due in court on Feb. 23.
Mark. R. Mulligan, 55, of Kimball Street in Concord, received a summons at 7:45 p.m. on Jan. 13, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on South Main Street for driving a Volkswagen with a defective right brake light. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Wendy G. Kelly, 52, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:08 p.m. on Jan. 13, on a bench warrant out of Franklin District Court for nonpayment of fines, $695 cash to settle. She was held without bail.
Jennifer Wojichowski, 20, of Partridge Lane in East Hampstead, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Jan. 12, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. Two detectives, while on I-93 between Exit 16 and 17, reportedly saw a Nissan veering back and forth in the road and driving more than 80 mph. The vehicle was stopped just south of Exit 17 and as the detective approached the vehicle, he was allegedly “immediately overwhelmed by the odor of freshly burnt marijuana.” After some questioning, Wojichowski allegedly handed the detective a bag of marijuana from a compartment on the dashboard. An officer was called to the scene and she was arrested.
Shawnalyn Patterson, 29, of Hanover Street in Manchester, received a summons at 12:45 p.m. on Jan. 12, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on South Main Street after he saw a Toyota take a wide turn and checked and found the owner had a suspended license. Patterson, who was driving, reportedly gave the officer a Maine ID card. A check yielded a suspended license from November 2009. She’s due in court on Feb. 23.
