Concord Police Log: More Teens in Trouble
Lovers' quarrel leads to mischief charges against couple, burning rubber in parking lot leaves damaged pavement, plus booze, pot charges.

Isiah M. Mayo, 19, and Jazmin C. Floyd, 17, both of Pekoe Drive in Concord, were both arrested at around 3 p.m. on June 25, 2015, on criminal mischief charges. Officers were sent to a domestic at the address and found a man picking up clothes and other items from the front lawn. He appeared to be upset, according to the report, and stated he was breaking up with his girlfriend, Floyd, and that she allegedly had thrown his things out on the lawn. The man, later identified as Mayo, also allegedly that she knocked his iPhone out of his hand, cracking the screen. Floyd alleged that Mayo had ripped the screen at the front of the house while trying to get her attention and get his stuff. She allegedly admitted to throwing his phone on the ground and breaking it. They were both arrested and are due in court on Aug. 3.

Jonathan Plante, 18, of Chichester Road in Loudon, received a summons at 11:50 a.m. on June 13, for criminal mischief and noise created by or emanating from a motor vehicle. While working a detail for the Merrimack Valley High School graduation, an officer heard a loud noise and then a large plume of smoke coming from the parking lot. The officer presumed it was a vehicle burning rubber in the parking lot. Since the ceremony was over, he went over to see what was going on and saw a 1987 Dodge truck that had smoking rear tires and debris behind it. The officer spoke to the driver, Plante, a senior at the school, who allegedly admitted to spinning the tires. He was given a summons and is due in court on July 20. Two days later, the officer spoke to the facilities director at the school who alleged that the truck created two distinct holes in the pavement so a criminal mischief charge was added. Plante is due in court on July 20.

Ian J. Tucker, 18, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on June 12, on a felony warrant and unlawful possession of alcohol. Officers on bike patrol heard two people arguing in the middle of Carter Street. The officer approached and the male and female reportedly “immediately turned their bodies and begin walking out of the roadway towards (a) residence.” The male appeared to be carrying a silver object in his hand and they were told to stop but the continued to walk. They were warned again and they stopped. The man was reportedly carrying an open can of Steele Reserve beer. The woman, who the officer recognized from previous encounters, stated they were just arguing and did nothing wrong. She submitted to a breath test and yielded a 0.00. The man allegedly provided the name “Thomas James Ladd,” claimed he was 18, and from Cambridge, VT. Dispatch looked up the information, along with a partial Social Security number, but couldn’t find any information on him. The officer saw that he had a tattoo – “TUCKER” on his arm – and inquired if he was lying about his name. He was arrested and the woman reportedly told the police his name was “Ian,” according to the report. A check yielded a Merrimack County Sheriff’s warrant to failure to appear. Tucker was held without bail.
Lauren Mann, 19, of Pleasant Hill Road in Deerfield, and Katrina R. Ahlin, 19, of Warren Street in Concord, were arrested at 1:19 a.m. on June 11, on two counts of unlawful possession of alcohol. An officer reportedly saw three individuals walking east on Warren Street and drove around the block but couldn’t find the individuals again. The officer walked around for a bit and encountered a man who was in the area that stated they “took off running toward North Main Street.” The officer drove along North Main and found four individuals at the intersection of Depot Street while another officer arrived at the scene. Two were over 21, according to the report. A third person, Ahlin, reportedly “originally told me she was 21-years-old,” according to the officer, who noted that she was smelled like alcohol, “appeared to be swaying and had bloodshot eyes.” The officer allegedly noticed an unopened bottle of Shock Top Lemon Shandy, a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer, and a 50 ml bottle of Dr. McGillicuddy’s Menthol Mint Liquor in Ahlin’s purse. Mann allegedly had two Shock Tops and four empty 50 ml bottles of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, Captain Morgan White Rum, Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire Whiskey, and a skull shaped bottle, according to the second officer. Both were arrested and are due in court on July 20.

Tyler L. Stinson, 17, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Jun 9, on a violation of protective order; penalty charge. Officers were sent to the Bektash Temple on Pembroke Road for a suspicious vehicle report. They saw two cars in the lot. One was empty. The other had two people in it. Stinson reportedly said he the other person were “hanging out talking about prom and graduation,” according to the report. A check yielded an active domestic violence order against Stinson by the person in the car. A lieutenant re-checked the order and found it to be active until April 2016. Stinson was later arrested, refused bail, so he was held and arraigned the next day.
