Concord Police Log: Teen with Gun Allegedly Threatens to Shoot Mom, Brother
Plus, Dr. McGillicuddy's in a knapsack leads to charge, thrown truck and noise complaint leads to arrest, Penacook woman charged with DWI.

Gregory J. Davies, 31, of Rocky Ledge Road in Windsor, was arrested a 4:25 p.m. on May 12, 2015, on a warrant for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from the Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street from April 4, 2015. He was in jail at the time after being arrested at the Hampton Inn in Bow on a possession of heroin and warrant charges. He was arraigned this morning.
Christopher B. Terry, 20, a homeless man now located in Rochester, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on May 12, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to a noise complaint on Green Street and spoke with Terry who stated that one of the kids threw a toy truck down the stairs. A check of Terry yielded a warrant out of Rochester District Court for nonpayment of a fine from April 30, 2015, $50.54 cash to settle. He refused bail and was arraigned this morning.
Timothy M. Dearborn, 30, of Holley Street in Laconia, received a summons at 2:20 p.m. on May 11, for consumption of liquor on private property. Officers were sent to Rocky’s Ace Hardware for a report of an intoxicated man drinking in the plaza. They arrived and spoke to a sergeant who arrived earlier and alleged that the man, Dearborn, had been drinking from a cup that allegedly had beer in it. He’s due in court on June 15.

Christina Wheeler, 23, of Penwood Drive in Penacook, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on May 10, and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated. While monitoring traffic at Bog and Fisherville Road, an officer saw a vehicle with its taillights out. The vehicle was stopped on Fisherville Road and the officer spoke to the driver, Wheeler. The officer alleged that her eyes were watery and she reportedly admitted to coming from a party and was heading home. She agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested. Wheeler is due in court on May 18.
Cody A. Swanson, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on May 8, on a warrant. Officers were sent to the McDonald’s on South Main Street for a harassment complaint. Swanson called police because two men were allegedly harassing him for $20 that he didn’t have. The two men later fled the scene. Police checked the area but couldn’t find the men. Swanson had an active warrant out of Hillsborough County for felony forgery, violation of probation, and contempt capias out of Rockingham County charges. He was arrested and held.

Ian J. Tucker, 18, of Allen Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on March 22, and charged with two counts of criminal threatening (use of a deadly weapon) and two counts domestic violence-criminal threatening, all felonies, along with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and possession of controlled drugs charges. Officers were sent to Allen Street for an abandoned 911 call. They knocked on the door of the home and spoke with a juvenile that had dialed 911. They entered the home and saw an older woman, the juvenile, and another male, identified as Tucker, and “all appeared uneasy.” The officers split them up to find out what happened. The woman alleged that Tucker had “a drug problem” and was “extremely angry and yelling all afternoon.” The woman told him that he had to find a job and a place to live “because she was tired of dealing with drug related issues,” according to the report. The conversation allegedly “set him off” and he began screaming. Tucker allegedly smashed a cordless phone on the floor and then grabbed her arm and pulled at her shirt. He also allegedly “threatened to shoot her while he held a gun in his hand,” according to the report. “Ian confronted (her) while she was still in the kitchen and asked her how she was going to kick him out of the house if he has a gun,” the report alleged. The officers spoke to the juvenile who stated that his mother came to get him to assist and Tucker allegedly pointed the gun at him, too, and threatened to shoot him, according to the report. Meanwhile, other officers questioned Tucker and allegedly saw a glass pipe with burnt marijuana sticking out of his pocket. He reportedly stated that the gun was a pellet gun and it was no longer at the house because he gave it to a friend to take earlier. Tucker allegedly denied having a firearm. He was arrested and held without bail. Another officer reportedly found the firearm that the mother and son alleged was pointed at them in the basement of the home, according to the report.
Luke A. Marois, 25, of Dudley Brook Road in Weare, was arrested at 9:54 a.m. on March 22, for conduct after an accident from Aug. 27, 2014, at Clinton Street and Langley Parkway. He was picked up at the Valley Street Jail after being arrested on the warrant.
David Partridge, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on March 22, on a simple assault charge from March 12, 2015, at the Pitchfork Records on South Main Street. While assisting with the removal of homeless people from McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street that had been reportedly loitering, officers came into contact with Partridge who had an active warrant and was arrested. The three other people were given no trespass orders.
Nathan G. Engel, 18, of Abbott Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on March 22, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. While on North State Street, an officer observed two men arguing in a parking lot and went to investigate the situation. One of the subjects, Engel, “had some blood on his chin and his eyes were watering from crying,” according to the report. Engel said he fell down earlier the two subjects were arguing about a girl he was seeing. The officer went to take Engel home and went to put his backpack in the trunk of the cruiser when he heard at clinking sound and suspected it might be bottles. He unzipped the backpack and allegedly found two 750 ml bottles of Dr. McGillicuddy liqueur. Engel was then arrested.
Kristina Blake, 24, of Central Street in Franklin, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on March 22, for two counts of driving while intoxicated. An officer driving south on North Main Street encountered a Chevrolet Aveo driving oddly as it approached lights including stopping many yards early and waiting before starting again when the lights turned green. The vehicle also drifted between lanes on Main Street while driving slowly and not using signals. The vehicle was pulled over at South Main and Storrs streets. The officer said the driver, Blake, “scattered and confused” and allegedly admitted to drinking at Tandy’s. She agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested.
