Concord Police Log: Pembroke Woman Allegedly Steals Steak
Plus, man allegedly steals boots from L.L. Bean, allegedly drunk Boscawen man smashes truck into a building.

Annie B. Turner, 34, of Pinehurst Street in Penacook, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on Nov. 5, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration charges. An officer reportedly saw a Ford Expedition drive through a lot to avoid a traffic light on Hall Street and later, stopped the vehicle on I-93 North. The driver, Turner, reportedly stated that she pulled into Hess to get gas but then realized it was cheaper closer to her home. Dispatch reported that her license was suspended on Sept. 11, for default court summons. Turner was also convicted of operating after revocation or April 29, so she was arrested.
Kevin T. Wheeler, 27, of Loudon Ridge Road in Loudon, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Nov. 5, on a warrant from Chichester Police on a theft charge. Officers were called to the Loudon Road Shell gas station opposite of the Walmart for a report of “several people in the bathroom getting high.” Officers checked the area and the parking lot and spoke to two people in a vehicle. One, Wheeler, reportedly denied getting high in the bathroom but said they did use the facilities and did admit that they were asking people for gas money at the station. He was later arrested on the warrant and Chichester Police came to pick him up.
Michael P. Kelley, 34, of Depot Street in Franklin, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on Nov. 6, on a simple assault charge from Oct. 29, at Concord Hospital.

Timothy Sweeney, 38, of Upper Straw Road in Hopkinton, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Nov. 6, on a simple assault charge from Oct. 19, at the Irving gas station on Pleasant Street.
Amy M. Krzyzaniak, 35, of Calef Road in Manchester, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Nov. 6, on two criminal threatening charges and a simple assault charge on Centerwood Drive on July 21.

Wayne R. Eastman, 66, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 6, for criminal trespass for being on the railroad tracks on I-393.
Jonathan R. Martin, 36, of North Main Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. on No. 8, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated (second offence), and reckless operation. Officers were sent to a crash on North State Street near Court Street where a pickup truck crashed into a building (Read previous Concord NH Patch post here). The officers didn’t know who was the driver at first, but spoke with Martin, who was allegedly slurring his speech and “could not stand up straight without swaying.” Martin reportedly refused medical attention and when asked who was driving, told police that he didn’t know but that he wasn’t driving. “I asked Martin where he was coming from and he said that he came from home, picked up a friend, and was going to another friend’s house,” the officer alleged. “I asked Martin where the other friend lived and he stated South State Street. I asked Martin how it was possible for him to not be driving if he came from home and picked a friend up. He stated that he did not know; just that he was not driving.” Officers allegedly found open bottles of alcohol in the truck, which was owned by Martin. The other person allegedly denied being the driver. Martin then allegedly admitted that he drove from Salisbury to pick up a friend and later, drove into the house, according to the report. He was arrested and arraigned on Nov. 24.
Kenneth W. Ray, 53, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on Nov. 8, on a simple assault charge. An officer was called to Wall Street for a report of a man in his 50s who attempted to kiss a 2-year-old girl. The officer spoke to the man, identified as Ray, who allegedly admitted to kissing the girl in the driveway of a home on the street. When asked if he knew the girl, he said, “No,” and said he didn’t mean anything sexual by the kisses. The officer then went to speak to the father of the girl who stated that they were in their driveway when Ray approached them for a cigarette. The man gave him one and then Ray allegedly went over to the girl, patted her on the head, bent down, hugged her, and kissed her several times on the cheek. The man told him what he was doing was inappropriate to do that and Ray reportedly quickly walked away. The man alleged that Ray had been standing on the street for about six months and often just stood there for hours. He also reportedly saw him urinate on the church wall in the past. Ray was taken into custody and allegedly starting yelling about having “perverted thoughts” in the past, but that he didn’t mean any harm, and had made a mistake.
Ruth S. Mantone, 42, of Smith Avenue in Pembroke, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on Nov. 9, on theft and default or breach of bail conditions charges. According to a store employee, Mantone allegedly concealed a package of shaved steak, valued at $3.43, under her shirt. When she paid for other items at the register, she allegedly didn’t pay for the steak and left the store. She reportedly willingly came back into the store when asked by an employee. Mantone allegedly admitted to an officer that she stole the steak because she was hungry and didn’t have enough money on her EBT card to pay for it. Mantone is due in court on Dec. 29.
Kerry Morrison, 24, of Elm Street in Penacook, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Nov. 10, on a warrant out of Rochester District Court on a willful concealment charge.
Osman Alie Sesay, 23, of Amory Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on Nov. 10, on a simple assault charge. Officers were sent to a domestic on Jennings Drive between a couple. They first spoke to Sesay allegedly stated that his ex-girlfriend assaulted him, resulting in a cut on his hand, when he came to see his daughter. He also stated that she came at him with a knife and threatened him, if he didn’t leave. The ex allegedly that Sesay came to the home unannounced demanding to take his daughter and when she wouldn’t let him, allegedly began beating on her and punched her in the face. The officer saw a small bruise near her left eye, according to the report. As he allegedly punched him, she bit his thumb. She also threw a phone at him, trying to keep him away, but denied threatening him with a knife. Sesay was arrested and is due in court on Dec. 29.
Warren Robert Picard, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on Nov. 11, on a receiving stolen property charge. An officer was called to L.L. Bean at around 10 a.m. for a report of a man stealing a pair a boots. The officer spoke to store employees and took a description of the man. One employee alleged that the man stated, “Don’t try to stop me, I need the shoes.” The officer checked the area and was unable to find the man. About an hour and a half later, another man, named “Joshua Carlson,” at South Main and Storrs streets, reportedly admitted to another officer that he stole boots. The original officer headed over to speak to that man. Carlson’s name, however, wasn’t in the system but later, they found out his real name was Picard. He was allegedly intoxicated, smelled like urine, and allegedly challenged the officers to a fight. The officers took him into custody and transported him to the hospital for medical attention.
Allison Janine Lane, 30, of Plaza Terrace in Somersworth, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. on Nov. 11, on three simple assault charges from Oct. 6, at Concord Hospital. She’s due in court on Dec. 29.
