Concord Police Log: Teens Busted for Booze, Mischief
Plus, Hooksett woman charged with felonies; Concord man allegedly caught with stolen items from Walmart.

Ryan Lewis, 18, of Micol Road in Pembroke, received a summons at 10:44 p.m. on March 24, 2015, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Police were sent to Pembroke Road for a report of men possibly stealing from vehicles in the area. The officer drove down Canterbury Road to Pembroke Road and saw a young man walking east. The officer pulled over and the man looked as if he was going to run. He was told to stop and he did. The officer then heard a rustling in the snow and called for backup. The man, later identified as Lewis, was allegedly slurring his words and had an overwhelming odor of alcohol. He reportedly denied drinking. “Lewis became extremely emotional at this time and started crying and saying he was scared,” the officer reported. “I asked him why he was scared and he stated that he hasn’t been in trouble since he was 17.” The officer called his mother who agreed to come and pick Lewis up. He later allegedly became irate and started yelling and swearing at the officer. After his mother arrived, Lewis allegedly began to lose it, calling the officer “a pig” and “many more profanity-laced insults.” But later, he went into his mother’s car. Lewis is due in court on April 27.
Casey L. Greene, 26, of Bennington Road in Bennington, received a summons at 1:02 p.m. on March 23, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Centre Street for an expired inspection sticker. He’s due in court on April 27.
Joshua T. Mitchell, 20, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. on March 22, on two bench warrants. Officers were sent to Canton Circle for a report of an overdose. The person who overdosed, Mitchell, had active warrants for nonappearance in Concord District Court and nonpayment of a fine, $559 cash to settle. He was taken to the hospital and later, arrested. He’s due in court on April 28.

Samantha Tatro, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:03 a.m. on March 21, on two warrants and a possession of controlled drugs charge. Also arrested was Rodney J. Moody, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a simple assault charge. Officers were sent to South Main Street for a report of a fight. One of the subjects, Tatro, had two warrants with cash bail of $750 and was arrested. During a search, officers allegedly found a bag of marijuana in her pants pocket. She was held without bail. Moody also had a warrant for simple assault from Feb. 24, 2015, at the First Congregational Church on North Main Street. He’s due in court on April 27.
David M. Sullivan, 24, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on March 20, for possession of controlled drugs and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. An officer was sent to Walmart on Loudon Road for a report of a man walking out of the store with bags full of merchandise, including a new pair of boots, in one of the bags. The officer caught up with the man at the Walgreens on Loudon Road. The man, Sullivan, was carrying bags and in one of the bags was reportedly a pair of boots. The other had a six-pack of beer. Dispatched warned that sometimes, Sullivan reportedly carried a knife and the officer reported that he appeared to have something large in his belt. A pat down revealed a Powerade bottle and a glass smoking device in a pocket and he was arrested. A search of his backpack allegedly revealed sealed DVDs, Bic lighters, a six-pack of Mike’s Hard Lemonade, a snack cake, and a pair of pants. He’s due in court on May 4.

Connor Dunn, 18, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on March 19, for criminal mischief on South Main Street at 1 a.m. He’s due in court on April 27.
Kelsea K. McAllister, 21, of Heartwood Lane in Concord, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Feb. 28, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were called to the apartment for a domestic in progress with a woman reportedly attacking a man. When they arrived, they spoke with the man who requested that McAllister removed from the apartment. McAllister spoke to the officers in the hall and stated that the couple was separated but living together with their daughter. The two argued in the morning, she stated, after receiving a text the night before. He asked her to leave but McAllister allegedly refused. So he called police. While calling the police, McAllister allegedly started hitting him in the head. She was arrested and is due in court on April 6.
Michelle I. Hollenshade, 43, of River Road in Hooksett, was arrested at 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 27, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception, both felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension. While on Hall Street, and officer ran a check on a vehicle and found that the driver, Hollenshade, had a suspended license and active warrants. The vehicle was pulled over near the Blue Seal in Bow and she was arrested. Her privileges were suspended in February 2006 for DWI. The warrants were for incidents at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road.
Jason S. Angelides, 39, of Stark Lane in Manchester, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on Feb. 26, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. Also arrested was Brian Hebert, 35, of Blodgett Street in Manchester, who was charged with possession of controlled drugs. A speeding vehicle was pulled over on Pembroke Road. The officer spoke with Angelides and a passenger, Hebert, was reportedly moving a hand in his pocket and was asked to take it out. Later, the officer allegedly saw a marijuana grinder in his pocket and placed him under arrest. A pipe and bag of marijuana were allegedly found later, according to the report. Angelides was asked if there were more drugs in the car and he allegedly handed over a grinder and glass pipe. Both will be arraigned on April 13.
Paula Labontee, 60, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on Feb. 25, on a criminal trespass charge on North State Street. She’s due in court on April 6.
Elizabeth C. Steadman, 34, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Feb. 23, on an indecent exposure and lewdness charge from the day before on North Main Street. Also arrested was Robert Hartman, 47, who is also homeless, on the same charge. Both are due in court on April 6.
Jennifer M. Bianchi, 27, of Downing Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 23, on a bench warrant. Officers went sent to Downing Street for a dispute between roommates with one saying that the other had invited people over and no one was getting along, so she wanted the guests removed. A check yielded an active warrant for Bianchi for operating without a valid license, second offense, out of Auburn District Court in December 2014.
